First time there, and only for a weekend. However my stay was wonderful. The food and the friendliness of the staff was top notch. I'll definitely be back multiple times

Mediocre at best.

Mediocre at best. Tiny room overlooking the back. Tiny bathroom with tiny shower that failed to drain properly and had one of the two sliding doors completely off the track. Whisker stubble in bathroom sink. Basically very clean otherwise but I am a slight person and the shower was so small I had trouble with banging knees and elbows on glass. Water temps very inconsistent in shower. Location is fine-walking distance from Duomo and Galleria. Breakfast is very nice. Beds very comfortable and it was quiet. Dinner was really good. Staff is lovely. Came with group. Clearly they gave us the smallest and cheapest rooms available. Recommend with reservation.

It was all right! Private parking is available.

I thought it was great. We booked two separate rooms. The rooms were cool and clean. The hotel is within walking distance of the city. There's a supermarket right across the street. We didn't eat breakfast because breakfast in Europe is usually scarce. We only had breakfast for one day. In the restaurant it costs 21 euros, but if you say at the reception, 19 euros. They have their own secure underground parking lot that you can use. It costs 30 euros a day. The staff were friendly and responsive. We were very pleased.

The previous guest took items from the mini bar, we ended up being charged for them. We will no be going back to the StarRitz.
