Super helpful staff. Good communication and easy check in. Location near train station and right on corner of metro.
Walls are thin on every side including the ceiling. Can hear everyone and everything.

We had a quick stop in Milan so we needed a place well connected with the transportation and this room was perfect!
Everything clean, AC working properly, coffe machine etc.
Great experience

Clean room. Slightly loud in the morning due to cleaning or people leaving/slamming doors. Shower temp fluctuates due to other resident's. Greta location right outside the metro. 5 min walk to central station and 10min to duomo on tube

THIS IS NOT A HOTEL, it's a room in a converted residential building. Guests will be buzzing the bell at all times from the street intercom. The main door at the unit is hard to lock/unlock, and some guests just leave it completely open. There's no safe in the room, as expected in a hotel, so your belongings and safety aren't the best.
The location is convenient with the Sondrio yellow line right at the door. Be aware that the street numbering is confusing, and they had a very hard time explaining it. To help you, they are next door to the Crowne Plaza.
Too expensive for the service provided, you can stay next door in a real hotel for only 30 euros more.

The room was clean and comfortable. A metro stop is just outside the front door and the centrale station is 4 blocks away. The staff is gracious and so helpful. 10/10 would recommend.
