Easy to find hotel, 5 minutes from the metro stop, and very helpful reception staff who gave us some really nice local recommendations including the restaurant antica trattoria salutati. The suburb itself was quiet compared to the city centre but the outside the room on the street was a little noisy. The room was clean and well presented. Didn't book for breakfast so can't comment on that but there are some nice little cafes just round the corner like cafe milano

The room was basic but clean. The major problem was the fact my hair accessory went missing, I reported it to reception and they said no clear explanation. Then I saw the cleaner was wearing it in her hair. It was a distinguishable clip that was given to me as a bridesmaid. It had no significant monetary value but was sentimental. I obviously was shocked and upset. This has never happened to me before and left a sour note to the trip away. I reported it to the hotel staff and they would not get the hotel manager and just shrugged and said there was nothing they could do. The hotel is somewhere I would not go back to because of this. Very upsetting experience. The response of the staff also was concerning, not surprised or worried by this incident which in itself is alarming.

The room is really clean and quiet. The balcony seats are quite dusty so I did not use them. It would be nice if the cleaning staff could clean the balcony furniture too.
The breakfast offers ample choices for guests and the dining area is really clean. Good if the seat in the room would have a back rest instead of a tiny stool.
The hallway and stair area wood fixtures are really old and have a mouldy smell. I think it needs renovation to gut out old construction material and remove the odour.
Overall, the amenities are above average and I could get on a streetcar or bus around the corner.

Nice boutique hotel that is located in convenient area. Rooms were very cute and clean.
