Quiet Hoetl close to tram

A quiet and simple hotel, in a slightly off-center area of Milan, with a nice little garden. Very close to the tram that leads directly to the Duomo,
Simple but decent rooms, basic breakfast, good Price quality ratio for Milan

Simple hotel, quiet off-center, good Price quality ratio

Simple and quiet hotel, with rare free parking, near the tram that goes directly to the city center. Comfortable enough with no frills and very quiet area, at a reasonable price for Milan. Breakfast a little basic, it is perhaps the only reproach...

Suitable for a short stay

The room had air conditioning, which we were very happy about;-) , as the outside temperature was about 32 degrees. As in a previous review, we (my daughter & I) found the staff to be rather tart but very helpful. The breakfast buffet had a sufficient choice.
The small bathroom was enough for one person, because two people would not have space. In the shower cubicle for me (1.79m tall, with normal figure) was hardly any space to shoot.

Good value, friendly, clean

Really good for a 2-star hotel. The room was unadorned but comfortable and clean with new furniture and a recently-fitted bathroom and shower. There was air conditioning which we didn't need. It wasn't possible to open the window - that didn't matter because we arrived late and were staying only one night but would have been nice in the morning. Breakfast was decent. In a reasonable area, very clearly marked from the tram stop with restaurants and bars on the main road nearby. Outside seating in the garden. Staff are professional and know exactly what they're doing. Would stay again.
