Summer and warm

Good service and good laundry. Nice people at the reception and in the dining room. Nice place. Clean pool. Well suited for family stays.

Positive Experience at Arno

I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Arno March 12-14 2025...room 29. Not far from Central Station. Plenty of dining options close. My first receptionists were Ralphie, "B", and Dean. All very helpful. The shared bathroom kind of turned me off initially, but it turned out to be very, very clean. My room was large enough for me, and I slept like a king! Very comfortable bed. This hotel is on the 4th floor, and you get to use one of the world's smallest lifts! I would stay here again.

Exceptional stay.

Absolutely amazing budget hotel. Will defo be back. Exceptional service and very clean. We arrived 4 hours earlier than check in which is stated on website. We were told to come back in 20/30 mins and the room will be ready. Expecting not a lot we were amazed with how exceptional the room was and how friendly the staff were. The hotel itself is nestled on one of the top floors of the building giving an almost New York hidey hole feel. The hotel itself is very authentic Italian and the cute little lift that takes u up was just a dream. The reception staff were just the kindest and friendlies bunch I’ve ever met. This hotel is not only an breathe of fresh air the hotel itself is in a great area. Can’t recommend this enough for travelling, little shops round the corner and a very frequent tram stop right outside the hotel that takes u right along to the duomo is exceptional. Will defo stay again 5/5. Thank you.

Surprisingly great 1 star hotel

This is a 1 star hotel so we honestly weren’t expecting much, just a bed to sleep in. We were pleasantly surprised! The hotel has a little lift which is great if you’re travelling with heavy bags. Ralphie was on reception to check us in and he was super friendly and accommodating and gave us some restaurant recommendations. The room itself was clean and larger than expected. The queen size bed was super comfortable. You can hear the trains from outside but I had no trouble blocking them out but if you’re a light sleeper I’d consider ear plugs. The bathroom had a small amount of mould growing around seals but it wasn’t too bad. The towels were fresh and clean. The hotel also had a little fridge which we used just by reception. Thank you Hotel Arno, we will be back again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Perfect

More than positive experience.. Hotel in the center..close to the
Milan central station, very kind staff and comfortable beds.. and the super nice manager.. he let us leave our suitcases on the morning of the check-in
