words cannot describe how nice this hotel was it was so convenient for my stay close to the underground staff spoke english to help me with my stay and they wasn’t a single thing they could have done to make me feel more at home 10/10 will be back

Outstanding Service and Warm Hospitality

We stayed at this hotel for the second time and were delighted to return.
First of all, we were pleasantly surprised when the reception staff informed us that our room had been upgraded. It was an unexpected and very thoughtful gesture that made a great first impression.
The service throughout the hotel, just like during our previous stay, was excellent. We would especially like to compliment the breakfast restaurant team. Every member of the staff was attentive, friendly, and always willing to help.
However, we would like to give special recognition to Simona. She was exceptionally kind not only during this stay but also during our previous visit. What impressed us most was that she remembered us. This kind of personal attention is rare and leaves a lasting impression. Simona always welcomes guests with a warm smile, genuinely cares about them, and creates an atmosphere where you truly feel valued and appreciated.
It is employees like Simona who make a hotel stay truly memorable. A big thank you to the entire team—we will definitely be happy to return again.

Clean and well-organized hotel. Located in a strategic, quiet, and easily accessible location. The rooms are spacious, bright, and very clean; the staff is friendly and kind. They also offered us their bottled water in the room.
