Marsala to finish on a high note

Located 10 min. from the center of Marsala.
On the second floor (no elevator) of a renovated building
Spacious, cozy rooms clean and tastefully decorated.
Large bathroom with shower stocked with personal hygiene products and linen.
Large terrace, air conditioning.
Warm and proprietary welcome available tips and advice.
Breakfast independently but complete and in abundance.

Dream room but ...

We went for a night in Marsala and having seen the many great reviews of this property we decide to book here. Reception ten and praise, the very kind lady welcomes us and makes us sit in the room, premised not to touch the air conditioning because they had noticed problems. Everything okay, spotless and modern room, everything great. We refresh and go out for dinner, on our return the air conditioning did not work (outside it was 35 degrees), alarmed we notify the host and after a series of attempts to make her go, the lady makes us sit in the living room on a sofa bed, being a late hour we could not do otherwise, even if we paid in full for one night to sleep on a sofa bed in a room not used for sleeping (loud noises from other rooms, such as doors, lights on etc.), the night finally passes and we leave. Unfortunately I can not be happy with this experience for, in my opinion, the lack of correctness of the hosts, if you had warned a problem of a certain severity (we were not in November with 15 degrees outside), we would have liked to be refunded and we would have found other solutions for the night (at 16 when we arrived), instead the negligence here unfortunately I must report. In my opinion, like going to a restaurant and the cook decides to serve an almost spoiled food and then a lot... you will see what will happen. That's not how I see it. In addition we felt “offended” and “accused” of having had bad ways for highlighting and reporting the fault, but I can say that we were far too polite, because we did not raise our voices or offend anyone! Meanwhile 90€ to sleep on a sofa bed were lost, the excuses yes ... but they did not even have an eye towards us. Unfortunately my experience is negative, it must have been a coincidence, I hope so. I do not wish it to anyone in the middle of August on holiday come back and find the room an oven!

A shining structure

You feel at home, in a super clean house!!! Sabina is a SPECIAL hostess: she pampers you and is an inexhaustible source of good advice to better experience the places of Marsala, from restaurants, to seaside beaches, to places to visit. The structure is new and welcoming and is located close to the center of Marsala.

Dimora Sole di Maggio [voto 10]

Se state leggendo questa recensione probabilmente è perché siete interessati a prenotare presso questa struttura... Bene, non abbiate alcun dubbio nel farlo! Ci siamo trovati benissimo! E sappiamo già che, semmai dovessimo decidere di tornare a Marsala, questo sarà nuovamente "il nostro posto".
Ci è stata assegnata la camera "Salvia", una camera grande, luminosa, comoda e pulitissima; il bagno confortevole e la doccia enorme. Tutto nuovo e ben curato. La colazione non ha nulla da invidiare a quella di un hotel! La posizione dell'appartamento è facilmente raggiungibile oltre a essere strategica per vari spostamenti, come per esempio il collegamento con le Isole Egadi.
Ci teniamo a spendere due parole anche sui proprietari... Sabina e il marito sono persone speciali... Disponibili, affettuosi e premurosi. Ci hanno riempito di attenzioni dall'inizio alla fine!
Speriamo di tornare presto a trovarli.

Ottimo soggiorno

Ottima struttura, situata a poche centinaia di metri dal centro, in un'ampia strada che offre la possibilità di parcheggio.
Stanze molto pulite, curate nei particolari e dotate di tutti i comfort.
Siamo stati accolti da Tommaso e Sabina i quali, fin da subito, hanno mostrato molta disponibilità e cortesia.
Assolutamente consigliato!
