Exceptional

Well-maintained structure, excellent cleanliness, comfortable environments, and tastefully furnished. The owner, Simone, is very welcoming, ready to meet every need, and offers a varied breakfast, the highlight being the homemade pastries that are exquisite, rivaling the best pastry shops... in short, everything is exceptional... worth returning to.

Saturnia and its surroundings.

I had a great time at Cantuccio, convenient for visiting the thermal baths and the surroundings of Saturnia.

I do not recommend

Spent (luckily) only one night at this b & b we can say that the room is very narrow and two you barely move. The tiny shower without a removable hand shower. It rests completely rusty shampoo and a sense of overall neglect. The low and old mattress you feel the springs on your back and pillows to forget....14-inch TV with distorted audio almost unusable... Breakfast with good homemade cakes but without a brioche and almost nothing salty...

Buon giorno dal Cantuccio e grazie di averci scelto. siamo spiacenti che il vostro pur breve soggiorno non abbia sodisfatto le vostre aspettative. Abbiamo letto con attenzione il suo feed back e vi ringraziamo in quanto opportunità per noi di migliorare; tuttavia è obbligo fare alcune precisazioni: La camera che le è stata assegnata, vista la modalità di prenotazione è una standard; 14 metri quadri compreso bagno; abbiamo anche camere più grandi ma il suo cofanetto viaggio con cui ha prenotato le dara diritto alla camera standard. La doccia nel bagno ha un piatto quadrato 70X70 cm; non è affettivamente enorme ma definirlo piccolissimo ci sembra inopportuno. anche il televisore, in verità è un 24 pollici. materasso standard altezza 20cm e cuscini anallergici. per quanto riguarda la colazione, solitamente il buffet è proporzionato al numero di ospiti che accogliamo al mattino. salato e altre cose tra cui le brioche, se non presenti in quantità enormi nel buffet, possono essere richieste al momento come sempre accade. sulla colazione voglio fare anche un appunto: premesso che per noi tutti i clienti sono uguali, molte strutture ricettive pari alla nostra, su consiglio dei referenti relativi al brand del suo cofanetto viaggio, propongono una colazione base composta da una bevanda e un unico prodotto con successive integrazioni extra a pagamento. Capiamo che alcune dinamiche non sono chiare al cliente ma vi possiamo garantire che il corrispettivo di un cofanetto viaggio (di una notte tra l'altro) non può coprire un trattamento premium, e con grandi difficoltà riusciamo a garantirvi un trattamento basic.

The simplicity that welcomes!

You arrive at Cantuccio di Poggio Murella and all the anxieties flee away... the tranquility of the place welcomes you along with Simone, impeccably helpful host, of a structure that I immediately considered a delicious wedding favor...
The rest is done by cleaning and breakfast with homemade cakes...
