Bachelorette party

A wonderful place, well beyond the aspettative.La kindness of the staff, the isolated and quiet place, homemade products for breakfast, great dinner, make you feel at home! I think we will be back in summer to fully enjoy the place and its open spaces! I loved tutto.Lo recommend, we went for a successful bachelorette party!

Great experience

We stayed in the tree house which I would call fantastic. Spa small but nice and complete. Super breakfast with fresh produce and very plentiful. Courteous and helpful staff for every need.

A true paradise of relaxation!

If you are looking for a place to completely unplug, this is the ideal place. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing and attention to detail. Cleanliness is impeccable while the organization of the changing rooms slightly to review.
I also loved the herbal tea and dried fruit corner and the abundant, particular and really delicious aperitif. A 360-degree sensory experience.
I will definitely be back, it was a magical day!

FIND NATURAL RHYTHMS BETWEEN COUNTRYSIDE AND SILENCE

Beautiful resort consisting of several stone buildings, in the middle of the beautiful Macerata countryside. Wonderful indoor pool and small but dignified spa with everything you need. Young and friendly management, "granny" rooms, comfortable spacious and super quiet, for a great rest! Spacious and functional bathroom. From the window, the wonderful green hills that in autumn give their best!. Really gourmet breakfast with many delicious sweet and savory choices with products also of their production such as fantastic fruit juices. Cute breakfast room surrounded by windows to admire nature. We did not try the restaurant as there were several events. My compliments indeed!

Great experience with something to improve

Well-kept structure, with an attached restaurant where you can taste typical dishes of the Marche region, where taste is the protagonist even in the simplest preparations. The restaurant staff is knowledgeable and diligent, they are all very courteous and nice, and we appreciated suggestions and descriptions of the dishes.
The hotel reception has a more formal, rigid and inflexible setting, which makes the reception a bit cold and detached.
I recommend to pay attention that everything that is agreed by phone is properly formalized by email, because we happened to have charged the cost of the dog, despite having already been included in the rate that was communicated to us by phone. We considered this attitude inappropriate and incorrect, but the structure deserves and adding up for and against the assessment is undoubtedly positive.
Breakfast is adequate and good quality.
We were also interested in buying apricot juices, but they were not available in the reception window and we still do not understand why the receptionist did not see fit to go and get those on the adjacent veranda, but she proposed other products as an alternative, closer, which we refused to buy.
I would suggest the management to take more care of certain details in the reception, for example by making available in the rooms free bottles of water, as many accommodation facilities located outside the urban centers are used to do.
In addition, I would like to suggest longer hours to enjoy the beautiful indoor pool and to urge the most rude customers, who in the wellness spaces talk on the phone and dive without respecting other guests, to have a more appropriate and polite attitude.

la ringraziamo sinceramente per aver dedicato del tempo a condividere la sua esperienza con noi. Siamo felici che abbia apprezzato la cura della nostra struttura, la qualità del ristorante e la preparazione del nostro personale di sala, questo è per noi motivo di grande soddisfazione!
Ci dispiace che l’accoglienza al momento del check-in le sia sembrata più formale e distaccata rispetto all’atmosfera generale che cerchiamo di offrire. Ne terremo conto per riflettere su come rendere questo momento ancora più caloroso.
In merito al soggiorno con il suo cane, si è trattato sicuramente di un'incomprensione, poiché nel riepilogo della prenotazione che abbiamo inviato via mail il sovrapprezzo non era stato incluso, altrimenti avremmo sicuramente fatto riferimento al sovrapprezzo. Comprendendo il suo desiderio di avere una sistemazione più vicina alla zona SPA, abbiamo fatto un’eccezione assegnandole una camera interna – una soluzione che solitamente non viene proposta a chi viaggia con animali, anche se di piccola taglia – proprio per garantirle maggiore comodità.
Ci dispiace sinceramente se la gestione dell’addebito è stata percepita come scorretta: non era assolutamente nostra intenzione farla sentire penalizzata.
Per quanto riguarda l’episodio dei succhi di frutta all’albicocca, ci scusiamo per il disguido. Si è trattato di un errore di comunicazione interna: la nostra receptionist non era adeguatamente informata sull’effettiva disponibilità dei prodotti e stiamo già lavorando per migliorare questi aspetti.
La ringraziamo anche per i suggerimenti relativi all’offerta di cortesia in camera e all’estensione degli orari della piscina: sono indicazioni preziose, che prenderemo sicuramente in considerazione. Così come condividiamo la sua osservazione sull’importanza del rispetto del relax nelle aree wellness.
Siamo lieti che, nel complesso, il suo soggiorno sia stato positivo e speriamo di poterla accogliere nuovamente, certi di poterle offrire un’esperienza sempre più all’altezza delle sue aspettative.
