Wonderful experience and absolutely recommended and we will return very gladly.
The property is convenient and easy to find, very well connected both by car and on foot to Gardaland park (short walk and very pleasant) and Movie Land.
The rooms have the right size to be comfortable and quiet, they are equipped with everything you need, comfortable, functional and cute furniture. They even provide a fridge, a really convenient and very useful solution.
The order and cleanliness are nothing short of impeccable. The breakfast area feels like a small world of tranquility and relaxation perfect for starting the day. The breakfast buffet is stocked with everything you can think of from sweet to savoury, with hot and cold drinks. Do not expect the cuisine available at every whim or the quality of high pastry, but the options are varied for all tastes are good products, I tried everything from the buffet to be able to say so. There are gluten free options. I would suggest the display of lactose-free and vegan products or a sign indicating the availability to provide them on request. I made the request and it was granted in a matter of minutes.
So I can only add that the staff is extremely helpful, friendly, kind, professional and very attentive to every guest. They even bother to add whatever product you may have consumed or almost consumed so you don't have to ask for it and also turn on the air conditioning so that on arrival in your room you can enjoy the right temperature and just worry about relaxing.
A small addition that might be very welcome is perhaps to find in your room in the evening a bottle of water with a glass. Anyway I didn't ask for it so I don't know if maybe I did I would have been satisfied given the great attention to the needs of the guest already demonstrated.
Basically the experience was 100% fantastic with a more than fair price. Mr. Marco and his wife are very nice people and can be proud of their daily work and commitment.

Great location to go to Gardaland on foot. Full breakfast and very good. Room enough.
After booking I write to the property if it was possible to leave the car there and then spend the day in Gradaland. Quick answer: yes. Therefore my son and I arrive at 9 am and leave the car after talking to the host. At 17 we return to the structure for a rest and then return to the park around 19 for the evening. Here : on foot you take 10 minutes in a comfortable pedestrian path. That's the strength of the structure. The room was a bit cramped, but the bathroom was large and for one night the value for money very good. Full breakfast in the small garden.

B&b beyond expectations!
Excellent location to visit Gardaland, about 10 minutes walk. The owner very kind and helpful with every request and suggestions. Hearty breakfast (we recommend pancakes and donuts). Internal parking, comfortable room with spacious bathroom. We will definitely return!

We stayed here in July 2024: the Accommodation is clean, cared for, refreshed by 'air conditioning, varied and plentiful breakfast, protected private parking, located near the Gardaland amusement park, if you can also bring your bike or rent it, the lakefront is close and very picturesque especially, in my opinion, in the evening / night. Owners friendly, friendly and attentive to the needs of guests. Consigliatissimo!
