Negative
Receptionist who almost sneezed on you... I get it, you have the flu, but in this heat only you could catch a cold, can you manage to keep her at home? So cold that a totem had a higher sympathy level. "dogs cannot enter the dining room because, if I let one in, I have to let them all in and they make noise". No you can't because the local health authority forbids it. Go update yourself. Then... Then the housekeeper (?) middle-aged lady, blonde who has two maids at home who do her chores. Good for her...but who cares... The following morning, the housekeeper forgot to close the window while cleaning. So they could easily get in... The next day, they didn't even redo the room, and Miss Congeniality 2026 showed me a photo on her cell phone that I had put the "do not disturb" sign up. Yeah, no kidding... But since I cannot bring the dog into the dining room, because according to the local health authority and not just because Miss Congeniality felt like it, I obviously had to leave him in the room to have breakfast. It is obvious that, afterwards, I let him out and removed the sign. But Miss Congeniality tried to make me look like a fool. The "housekeeper" (?) the one with three maids at home, rushed to tidy up the room and as a gift left me some candies on the bed, but I'm diabetic anyway. I could have remade the bed that way myself, with the vain attempt to pull the wool over my eyes. And, honestly, she could have spared me the consolation prize. They are hopeless when it comes to communication. If she wants to reply as she has already done... Do you know how much I care? Nothing. It would be faster for her to acknowledge it and learn. As for the food, only the maitre d' is worth saving. Perhaps a phrase she could have spared me... It would have been better. Anyway, portions for starving people. 50 g of pasta, but was it pesto ❓ Discount for rudeness to guests, didn't even see it. €3.50 for a bottle of water is outrageous.
I don't care at all about the housekeeper's answers. Because they are rather stupid as answers. Change your profession, it would be better.

Everything was just fine
We felt at ease right away; the staff deserves mention for their friendliness and availability.
One piece of advice... skip the very touristy restaurants along the waterfront and instead take advantage of the excellent cuisine and tranquility at the hotel; dining with a sea view is priceless

Horror
I'm probably not the first to make the joke, but here's the hotel summary of horror:
1. The first dinner consists of:
- as a starter: a "minestrone" composed of vegetables straight from a can to which they added fleet (no taste)
- as a dish of resistance: a few pieces of chicken cutlet accompanied by a flavorless gelled sauce and a tablespoon of peas as vegetables (child / runt portion)
-for dessert: an industrial tiramisu with no more taste than the rest and a ridiculous amount.
At least I have a calorie deficit and won't take a gram on this trip...
But if it was just that...
2. No hot water in the shower. Wash it in cold water, it shakes at 9:00.
3. No mechanical ventilation in the shower room and impossible to open the window. So it smells musty and when you flush, the miasmas spread happily in the bedroom.
4. Finally, the hotel's "bar" is just a local worthy of a city U, with 3 bottles of syrup and a waiter wondering how to make us a tea.
5. I took a step in socks on the floor of the room and they turned white so much the cleaning is not done. Shameful.
Record my face because you will NEVER see me again!
3 stars? By the standards of an underdeveloped country, then.

Highly recommended
We were already greeted very friendly by name and we were even offered to park the car. Even the room was ready even though it was only 10:30. Our room was on the 3rd floor. Stk. with direct sea view, really nice. The room was not large but clean and functional. The 1 point deduction is only available for the shower, which was very small and the uncomfortable armchairs on the balcony. But that is a subjective sensation. Loungers and umbrellas were available for a price of 10,- quite in front and we had great weather. The location, right by the sea and a few steps to the promenade was really awesome. Breakfast was good and very sufficient, we could even choose from different egg variants. The whole staff was very friendly and helpful. Here I would like to mention the older black-haired lady at the reception in particular, she made us feel like we were long-term regular customers, thank you!
Very surprised I was by the prices of food and drink in the city, tlw cheaper than at home.
On the whole it was a very nice holiday. Price/performance in the hotel perfectly fine.
As soon as you have an accessible room, I'll be back with my husband.
PS: in about 1km distance on the beach, there is the Bau Bau Beach, a very great dog beach which is really excellently oriented for disabled people, which deserves an extra 5 *. Dogs are apparently very welcome here, bravo Jesolo!
