Car trouble last minute booking

Beatrice made an incredibly stressful night feel easy
We ended up needing a place to stay unexpectedly after having car trouble nearby, and Beatrice completely turned what had been an incredibly stressful situation around for us.
From the moment we arrived, she was unbelievably kind, welcoming, and accommodating. She helped us translate and communicate during the whole situation, made sure we were comfortable, helped us with drinks and breakfast, and genuinely went above and beyond in every possible way.
What stood out most was her personality. She was so warm, patient, and helpful that we immediately felt taken care of. After such a difficult night, having someone treat us with that much kindness made an enormous difference.
Beatrice made such a wonderful impression on us that I would honestly come back to Italy just to stay here again. Hospitality like this is something you remember long after a trip is over.
Thank you, Beatrice, for making a stressful situation into one of the most memorable and positive experiences of our trip. You are truly exceptional!

Comfortable, soundproof rooms with air conditioning.

Very clean and friendly staff

It is very convenient for me that located near the highway the hotel is a friendly family run and very clean the rooms are quite large and soundproofed you can stop for dinner at the hotel or else in the area you can find various very nice restaurants

Friendly staff but experience not to be repeated

The rooms are nice, but could use a little maintenance. Above all, cleanliness definitely needs to improve.
Breakfast includes only a hot drink, a croissant and a juice.
The food served in the restaurant is not bad, but the choice of food and the time at which you can dine are very limited.
The staff was very friendly.

NIGHT PANIC... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

We relied on this hotel for one night.Dare to say a panicky night! At 4am she screams and screams to no end of a woman and a man on the top floor..they went on all night until morning! No respect and no one did anything to fix it.... Rooms apparently very nice, then looking good wallpaper all detached from the walls, bathrooms with obvious holes in the walls...
In the morning just got off breakfast nonexistent not even a coffee....They asked 130 € a theft! Half star hotel! Highly recommended!
