Small, fine, perfect!

We stayed for three nights at Sunset and were super satisfied. Fabrizio received us very friendly, parked the car and read every wish from our eyes. The breakfast is fantastic and if you want to have a drink in the evening, a stuffed fridge, ice cubes and nice glasses are available. We will definitely come back.

Nice B&B complex with good service and good location

Well maintained B&B accommodation with very nice and helpful landlord Fabrizio. He assists with the choice of restaurant, parking of the car etc. Good breakfast with good service. The location is very good, just a few minutes walk to the center of the old town, the beach is practically on the doorstep. The rooms are very small but well maintained.

Very well maintained house in a very good location with very friendly service

The accommodation is very well maintained, clean and in a very good location. The landlord is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired and the service is very attentive. The room is cleaned daily.

For us it is a point of reference!

We returned to Sunset again this year for a totally relaxing mini holiday!
Location with excellent location, a few steps from the beach and the walk on the dam. Perfectly soundproofed, clean, bright rooms and excellent breakfast, with excellent sweet and savory products.
Fabrizio is always available to give excellent advice on the best restaurants in the city and on the experiences you can have in Grado.

Great B&B

What can I say, small but nice! Rooms in the annex are stylish (I can't judge the main building). Great location as it's just across the quiet road to the beach and the town center with lots of restaurants is a 5 to 10 minute walk away. Breakfast has everything you need to start the day well. Fabrizio the boss is very helpful in all matters. Definitely recommend it
