Deserving to go back

Stay of one week.
Welcome, availability, kindness and support for any needs: excellent!
Simple structure, no big frills but very comfortable.
Rooms and beds very comfortable. Complete and accurate arrival information.
Good cleaning.
Breakfast very varied, rich and all fresh and delicious.
Very nice service for all aspects.
Great location.
A note of merit, dutiful, to Erik of the reception, for the way of relating particularly courteous and professional. That extra touch that leaves its mark.

Not necessarily recommended

Room partly with new furniture, double room with new and by Italian standards large bathroom ,but in the triple room (for the family) very narrow small bathroom with window into some dark shaft and with shower so narrow that a large, vigorous man can hardly shower in it - acceptable for 3star hotel
Staff super nice and accommodating - that's top
BUT: you can hear every little noise from the next room. Whether someone is sitting on the toilet having bloating, blow-drying their hair or vibrating their phone. From the neighboring rooms, everything definitely comes through at unfiltered volume. As if there were no walls, only curtains in between. THIS is an extreme shortcoming and I haven't had a single hotel in 40 years of vacation!.
Although everything else is fine for a three-star hotel, I would not stay in this hotel anymore,

Very cute!

Simple and basic places, in a town that I did not think so delicious. Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast Service. Overall for a 3 star, it made me a great stay, really highly recommended.

Good experience.

We stayed a week and enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was great. Perhaps some of the room furnishings (at least ours) should be updated. But very clean.

comfort and convenience in a friendly environment

Review: I stayed for 3 days in this structure, and for those who do not seek luxury, but a cozy and clean this can go very well. the bedroom including bathroom, was not very large but I must say very very clean, the room is equipped with TV and air conditioning. this structure does not make half board, nor full board, but I must say that breakfast is much more than Satisfactory.the staff, courteous and kind can advise and help for each problematica.la structure has parking spaces that must be booked at the time of confirmation of the stay, being limited places. The hotel is a ten minute walk from the beach, beach. the hotel also offers a small discount if you prepare to dine in a restaurant indicated by them, in the center of Grado Vecchia, they have a bike rental service and even pet picks are allowed.( there was the sticker on the door ),to conclude deserves an 8. since it was what I was looking for
