Experience absolutely to be redone ... EXCELLENT

We stayed in this structure at the end of August beginning of September 25, super positive experience, place very well cared for in every single perspective, we stayed in a three-room villa, very well maintained and clean, the context is very well cared for and with a beautiful view of the Sicilian sea, very convenient even the beach right in front of the residence, very comfortable and functional even the pool inside the residence. The staff was always super friendly and ready for every need from the most trivial to the most complicated. Overall definitely an experience to try again ..

Unacceptable behaviour

It is necessary to highlight the total lack of professionalism, the absent regard for the customer and the unfairness of the staff. I went three times directly to speak at the reception and was assured three times that the place for three curtains would definitely be there. Only on the day of arrival was I informed that there was no availability. This unacceptable behaviour caused enormous logistical and economic hardship, forcing us to sleep on the terrace. I will not recommend staying at the Cicero to anyone!

Great for relaxing and enjoying the sea of San Giorgio

Great experience I stayed in mobile homes that offer functionality and comfort for a family of four despite the small spaces. Quiet and well-kept residence, clean pool and friendly and welcoming staff. You also cross the street and you are at the beach. Recommended.

Horrible

Extremely unprofessional treatment of guests, who demand what is written and promised in the reservation. During our stay, there was no internet, what is very important for job of my girlfriend. The bed linen and towels were not changed every day. On the request to change the room, due to poor and unfulfilled conditions, the gentleman, who is the director of the complex, did not agree with it.
I also want to mention the conditioning with electricity consumption, as well as the removal and cleaning of garbage, every day, which we agreed on in a minimally polite way. it was definitely not written anywhere, and it's also not my job.

The Cicero or the family athmosphere

The Cicero is the perfect location if you travel with your family.
We rented a villa during 2 weeks and were located at 100 meters from the swimming pool and the sea.
Our kids almost changed to fishes as they spent roughly 6 hours a day in the water.
The personal is super friendly and helpful.
The villa was great, maybe an improvement could be that there is a minimal set to cook: oil, vinegar, salt and pepper; some sugar as well.
We bought a big kife as well that we let in the room as we were travelling by plane.
San Giorgio is a lovely village without too many tourists and even at this period of the year, neither the village nor the resort were crowded.
We can only recommend this location (they speak perfect EN, FR).
