It's a pity to have spent only one night there.
Excellent hotel, excellent cleanliness, excellent food, and excellent breakfast.
Thanks to everyone and in particular to Alex, the head waiter.

Grazie di cuore per le sue splendide parole! Siamo davvero felici che, anche se il soggiorno è stato di una sola notte, abbia potuto apprezzare la nostra ospitalità, la pulizia, la cucina e la colazione.
Un ringraziamento speciale da parte di Alex, che sarà felicissimo di leggere i suoi complimenti. Siamo inoltre lieti di aver potuto offrirle un posto sicuro al coperto per la sua moto: sappiamo quanto sia importante per chi viaggia su due ruote.
La prossima volta, però, ci auguriamo che possa fermarsi qualche giorno in più per godersi con calma il territorio e tutti i servizi dell'hotel.

Good hotel in excellent location
basically we liked the stay very much. The staff were very friendly with some exceptions. Highlights are our waiter in the restaurant and the bartender. The waiter in the outdoor area (daytime restaurant Il Grill) was rather unfriendly and has kept us waiting many times much longer than other guests. It's too bad.
The rooms were large enough us functionally furnished. Everything was very clean.
Breakfast was so far ok. Unfortunately it was extremely difficult to get some cheese or sausage. The plate was actually always empty and when it was refilled, it was so sparsely occupied that after three people there was emptiness again. Perhaps this is also due to the fact that an above-average number of guests took bread and rolls for the slopes. So we had a rather sweet breakfast in the week. But it was also ok. And scrambled eggs were always good and there was plenty.
In the evening there were four courses, including salad buffet. The food was very good and absolutely fine from the portions. The hotel was fully booked, so it was very noisy in the room. The tables were, in our opinion, too tight.
Perhaps the operators should consider whether you have the possibility to add another room in the top weeks, or to offer dinner in two stages. For example, 18:00 to 20:00 and 20:00 to 22:00.
The price-performance ratio is very good. All in all we would come back.
