Hotel Iris Crillon
Hotel Iris Crillon left a very nice impression!
I'll just mention the location: it's only a 10-minute walk to Terma Bonifaccio, for which my husband and I came to Fuggi.
The room is clean and comfortable, everything is available, with a comfortable bed and good linens.
Breakfast with very good coffee, full, quite energized for the morning.
What I liked most was the way the guests were treated here: friendly and friendly, always with a smile on his face, the owner of Gianfranco inspired trust and a sense of being cared for. The staff were friendly and handled any issues promptly, making our stay comfortable.
Hotel Iris Crillon is a great option, I recommend it!"

Stay for spa treatments
Perfect stay for spa treatments. My mother, my aunt, and one of her fellow sisters stayed at this facility for spa treatments and had a wonderful time. The hotel is extremely welcoming and clean. A special round of applause goes to all the staff, who proved to be extraordinarily friendly, attentive, and always available for their every need. Recommended facility!

Short vacation
Excellent facility, comfortable and well-managed!
I stayed at this hotel and had a very good experience. The location is very convenient, about 500 meters from the Bonifacio Fountain and the center. A huge plus is the free parking, super useful.
The facility is well-managed and has a special atmosphere: the lobby is well-equipped and furnished with beautiful historical artifacts and antique items, like an old typewriter, which add a touch of class. There is also an excellent relaxation room available for guests, perfect for unwinding and playing cards. Highly recommended!

An unpleasant experience
I'll start by saying that I would have put the minus five rating.
I stayed 4 nights in this hotel.
At first the owner was nice and friendly, but the day after I exposed my problem, (they placed me in a room with persistent noise all night coming from outside)
From the next day, when I requested the change of room because it was impossible to sleep at night, (considering that the windows could not be left closed for lack of air conditioning), the room was changed, but so was his attitude towards us, becoming haughty and even pretending not to see us, even taking off the greeting.
This is my personal thought : when a customer has a problem, the owner should try to solve it as best as possible , to ensure positive feedback for the future.
I found an archaic environment, not cared for at all, eventually thinking it was about sympathy, there was not even that, as previously written.
I will never go back and I will advise all the people I know, that if they meet this hotel, to look for another one, because an owner , rude and apathetic, who with his archaic ways made us spend an unpleasant stay (an anti relax).
Apart from the owner, who we don't even know the name of who voluntarily avoided showing up after the incident, the rest of the staff were very kind and efficient.
Finally, I strongly advise against staying in this hotel.

Central location in Fiuggi but dated
The hotel has a central location with private parking.
The welcome was friendly and correct. (Also in English)
The service at the restaurant was too.
Our room was spacious (no air conditioning) and had a renewed bathroom.
We had not chosen this hotel and the package ourselves and would not do so again.
This was for us the 6th hotel in a 22 day tour.
The breakfast was substandard for us (lots of cake/pie; no sandwiches/croissants).
Dinner was also not to our taste and there was no choice; eat what the pot buys.
The general areas were fairly dated.
It calls itself Iris Crillon active hotel but we have not noticed that much.
