Lovely laid back guest house with fantastic sea view at breakfast!
The Casa Del Sole is run by kind friendly and helpful host Luigi, and his future son-in-law and daughter- they make a welcoming and helpful team especially as we only have a few words of Italian! The guest house has clean spacious rooms with a fridge and fan, and is directly behind the Casa Del Sole bar which is where breakfast (Croissant and coffee) is served. The bar is right in front of the beach and a wonderful place to sit and have breakfast or snacks and drinks during the day. We also ate there several evenings, although it isn't really a restaurant, Luigo and his team were kind enough to let us book meals- we had delicious frito mitso fish platter and spaghetti vongole, as well as sea food risotto- all very good and reasonable. We also had a few generous and delieicious cocktails. If you are staying in the guest house you can avail of free sun loungers. The beach is a free public beach and consists of flat pebbles and then sand at the water's edge., The sea is clear blue and warm. And even though we were there in August we could always easily find space. The Casa Del Sole has a relaxed and unpretentious vibe which we found heavenly- really a relaxed little paradise at the far end of Fano. The other end of Fano is expensive private beaches with the usual ranks of sun loungers- not for us!
The famous and wonderful Yankee restaurant is a minutes walk from the Csa Del Sole, but please do make reservations if you want to eat there as its probably the most popular eaterie in the whole of Fano, and deservedly so!

Chilling.
Chillingly, I do not understand how in 2025, you arrive in front of this ‘house’ because it is not a hotel, without services, where, moreover, you have to call the manager to get the keys and check-in you do it in a room opposite used as a bar among other things not even clean.
The room without bidet but only toilet, shower (you must be lower than 1.80 , otherwise you do not wash) and sink.
The bed not comfortable at all without the possibility of a second pillow, unwatchable TV without programs because it takes Rai but not even if you see,
Luckily we only stayed one night.
Not to mention the breakfast that , even there you have to call it and result , two croissants ( 1 each ) coffee and juice bought in brick at famila .
Scary. NOT RECOMMENDED 70 euros thrown away

"Tired" would be a euphemism...
We stayed in Summer 2014 as a couple:
The house + grounds looked a bit run down, the room interior was beyond tired. Our room was ill designed. The door to the little bathroom could not be opened properly, so you had to manoeuvre your way around the door to get in and out. The wardrobe was pretty much useless - unless you are 2m tall to reach the clothes rail or only use it to drop a bag in there. The entire interior looked worn, the headboards were so discoloured, that it was really discouraging to touch them. Breakfats was sparse and Italian style: Sweet buns from the supermarket and a coffee maschine.
If you had to look for the positives: The house is located close to a not (all too inviting) pebble beach, but away from the main hub (unless there is a carnival / fun fair at the ground 50mtrs away...). If you wanted you could take a sun lounger with you to the beach; there were also two old bikes you could take to get around a bit.

Da evitare
Per fortuna ho trascorso qui solo una notte. Mi chiedo in che realtà vivano quelli che scrivono "eccellente" nelle recensioni. Struttura fatiscente, arrivata al parcheggio pensavo di aver sbagliato , tanto il disordine e le strutture sgarrupate. Peccato, perché avrebbe un'ottima posizione, sul mare. Pulizia non di certo accurata, nella doccia abbiamo pure trovato il sapone usato dell'ospite precedente. Agghiacciante, mi chiedo come sia possibile proporre simili vetustà e non vergognarsi, nel 2022.

Profumo di mare
Appartamento sfruttato con 4 camere, al 3 piano, la camera che ci ha dato il proprietario aveva vista mare a 180°uno spettacolo. La struttura ha a disposizione un parcheggio comodissimo. Colazione al bar sempre del proprietario, io ho mangiato anche una piazzetta veramente buona.
