Convenient, Good price/value

If we are late on our way from Ancona to the north, we think this is the best place to stay overnight. It has a vast parking in its garden. The rooms are queit, big, clean and comfortable - of 60's. It has a restaurant offering good food. The breakfast is medium. The negative point are the windows which are situated very high and you can see only the heaven!. Bu its ok for one night. The old center of Faenza is about 5 mnts by car. The double with braeakfast : 70 eu.

To be avoided

We stayed by chance in the structure of this 4-star hotel... alas we are very far from the conception of a real 4-star hotel, as the structure has dated rooms, dilapidated rooms and very little soundproofing. Breakfast absolutely to avoid. Definitely on future occasions I will avoid this hotel.

To be reorganized and restructured

Hotel stopped a few years ago especially for furnishings and equipment. In each bathroom there is a step of the same color as the floor at risk of falling during the night. The water from the taps comes out orange and then white (not transparent). Staff in disarming difficulty in solving problems.

Perfect for business and big groups

This hotel built in the 1980s welcomes large groups. It lacks a family feel with its big conference halls and large corridors . Rooms are slightly outdated but clean. If you're in the area for business I recommend to stop here.

Nothing works!

Rarely have I experienced a hotel where almost nothing works- TV- literally nada...internet - free but spotty at best...air conditioning 'works' completely overmatched by summer heat and the staff speaks no English to address any of these issues. The room was an oven during the day with the AC at full blast. Bed is hard as a rock and the sheets are scratchy....so if you're after the feeling of a white collar jail by all means this is your place. Otherwise best to avoid
