We had wanted to visit this part of Italy for a long time, but since I’m quite sensitive when it comes to sleeping in hotels, finding the right place wasn’t easy. That changed when we discovered Vesuvius Palace. After reading all the positive reviews, we decided to book it for our 8‑day stay to explore the coast from Naples to Amalfi.
The hotel turned out to be the perfect base for all our trips. We were a family of 4. 2 adults and 2 kids of 11 and 13.
The nearest train station is only an 8‑minute walk away. The hotel itself is modern, well‑equipped, spotless, has very comfortable beds, and stays perfectly cool on hot days.
The service is truly exceptional from the moment you book. They provide all the information you need and are extremely helpful in arranging taxi transfers to and from the airport. They also organised a taxi for us to the harbour on our island day. Throughout our stay, they were always available on WhatsApp for tips, information, or last‑minute questions.
We wouldn’t hesitate for a second to book this hotel again.

This is a gem! The room was huge and top modern. Loved everything about it: the little “kitchen” area where we could have coffee in the morning, no noise from other guests, the bed and pillows so comfy and the parking is safe. It’s a 10+

Excellent cost benefit and service

Our accommodation was excellent, the room is modern, comfortable, spacious and clean. It has an electric oven, kettle and fridge bar, plus some items included for feeding. Very good bathroom, with amenities and hairdryer. I just missed a iron or steamer to pass clothes. Parking is free of charge, which is rare in European hotels. The highlight of the hosting is the manager Lucia, a spectacular person, who does not measure efforts in helping us. It made our stay more peaceful and pleasant. Great cost-effective, I recommend!
