Roberto and his collaborator exceptional people. Clean and fragrant rooms. Excellent location, in short everything you need for a top holiday. Also breakfast on the terrace relaxing and pleasant fortunately with good weather

Excellent stay

My husband and I stayed for 6 nights.
The room was spacious , very clean and comfortable .
The staff - Robert, , Simona and Maurizio , were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them.
It’s under 10 minutes walk to the railway station and situated close to shops and restaurants.
Would definitely recommend.

Highly recommended. Excellent in detail, for breakfast, hospitality and much more. Congratulations really, a place where the taste for detail is accompanied by the kindness of the owner. It will be one of the reasons to return to Tuscany with pleasure especially after two hotels unworthy of being defined as such this was really THE redemption of our stay

Elegant and comfortable structure.

Excellent structure, certainly higher end than the one assigned. Well-kept, tasteful environments. New and immaculate (very soft) bed linen and towels. Differentiated cushions to meet different needs, cozy mattress. Breakfast served directly by the host, generous and fresh. Paid street parking.

The property is very nice and they keep it super clean. The only issue I had was with regards to parking. The maximum time you can park is 2 hours, so i got a ticket for going over the time. To make matters worst, itwas supposed to be free parking on Sunday, but when I got up they were towing all the cars. Thankfully, my car wasn't towed but I got another ticket. When I talked to the manager, all he said was that he got a note to remove the cars from the street on Sunday, but he never mentioned it. He didn't even apologized for the misunderstanding. Unacceptable!!!
