Comfortable hotel in a great location
The renovation of the lobby, the bar, and the restaurant area is very beautiful and welcoming.
Fantastic location and a lot of potential, but the property needs modernization, at least as far as the rooms we were assigned, the pool, and the solarium (with fake grass) are concerned, where the property seems to have remained stuck in the '60s/'70s.
Our rooms were cramped and had dated furnishings; in particular, the condition of the fixtures and terraces was embarrassing, as were the bathrooms, equipped with faucets without mixers and the need to climb over the toilet to enter a shower without a tray.
It would be desirable to have a drying rack, chairs, or lounge chairs on the balconies for relaxation, and motion sensors for the automatic lighting of the hallways are missing.
Finally, but this is a problem that concerns all accommodation facilities in the mountains, given climate change and the summer heat, it would be appropriate to equip the rooms and common areas with fans or cooling systems.
The two elevators allow for good mobility, but there is still work to be done for the complete removal of architectural barriers.
A shame, because the location is extraordinary: with a complete and uniform renovation, it would make a real leap in quality.
Other very positive aspects:
- very welcoming, courteous, professional staff who immediately worked to respond to various requests;
- excellent dining, with a wide choice of dishes, always of high quality, served with kindness and speed; perhaps the breakfast buffet could include more dried fruit, cereals, and various flavors of yogurt. The wide range of desserts is very appreciable;
- very good room cleanliness with a daily change of towels;
- large heated indoor pool with a beautiful view of the surrounding landscape, which, however, needs significant maintenance/renovation.
In conclusion, we spent a pleasant and comfortable summer vacation at a property that we recommend to everyone.

Positive experience!
The hotel is less than a 10-minute walk from the sports center / historic center, in a raised area, overlooking Dimaro. Ample parking.
The staff was friendly and helpful. Special thanks go to Renata and Beppe for their kindness and Welcoming! Quite dated rooms but renovated lobby/bar area, modern and functional. Also appreciated the restaurant and the waiting staff (also available gluten-free cuisine).
There is also a solarium area and indoor pool, ideal for relaxing afternoons.
We also took advantage of the bike storage.
