A fantastic location if you come for peace! The pool is perfect with fantastic views of the countryside. The perfect base to visit various cities/villages! However, a car is necessary to move around. We'll be back!

A Peaceful Retreat in the Hills of Umbria

Family owned and run with gracious hospitality. Our room offered total comfort – it was spacious, newly renovated and immaculately clean with a super mattress and bedding. The modern bathroom had an incredible shower. A beautiful pool on the property. Strong wi-fi signal. Breakfast was delivered to us which we enjoyed at a table just outside our room. Off the beaten path, a car is strongly advisable, we’ll definitely return the next time we’re in Deruta.

A wonderful find in the hills of Umbria

This is a great find- a newly renovated apartment ( one of several) in a lovely old stone home. Everything was new, modern and exceptionally clean. The owners were extremely kind and made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was very well equipped and more than met all our needs. Breakfast was brought to our apartment in the morning and was tasty- even had warm chocolate brioche! We will definitely stay here again and look forward to returning in Warmer weather so we can use the pool and enjoy the beautiful view some more!
The only draw back for some people, not for us though, might be that the property is located outside of town and requires a drive into town for dinner.

Stupendamente stupendo.

Ho trascorso 6 giorni indimenticabili presso La Collina, e ci tornerò al più presto. Immersi nella natura, ma con tutti i confort: alloggi spaziosi, pulitissimi e freschi ; bellissima piscina con lettini ed ombrelloni e con un panorama infinito che rapisce ogni sguardo. Tramonti mozzafiato e stellate che riempiono il cuore. Ed a completare questo quadro già perfetto, si aggiunge la genuina cordialità che si fonde con ottima professionalità e discrezione, dei padroni di casa, sempre pronti a soddisfare ogni desiderio degli ospiti.............come una cena a bordo piscina alla cui preparazione hanno partecipato tutti gli ospiti con un corso di gnocchi umbri: una serata che ci ha fatto assaporare lo stare insieme per la semplice voglia di farlo. E l'occasione di assaporare i magnifici crostini di Ivan e Yuri, e gli gnocchi al favoloso sughetto di Graziella, con i prodotti genuini del territorio, e l'olio di produzione propria.
Una vacanza magica. A prestissimo.

Una settimana indimenticabile

Grazie ai proprietari: persone eccezionali che ci hanno accolto come fossimo di famiglia, grazie a questo posto magico immerso nella natura, nel silenzio e nella bellezza,la nostra vacanza è stata perfetta e indimenticabile.
Torneremo sicuramente!!! Grazie!
