Very quiet environment immersed in the countryside of Cocumola.
Located 10 minutes by car from the sea of Santa Cesarea Terme and the beach of Porto Miggiano
The owner very kind and extremely helpful

Week long get away

Stayed at B&B Terra Maris with my girlfriend & her sister's family while we were on a five day trip exploring the southern areas of Puglia. First off, the location in Cocumola worked out great as it was an easy trip to all the beaches we went to. Both rooms we rented were definitely good enough for two people, if not more (the sister's family was two adults and two small children). The rooms were cleaned daily and had excellent temperature control with an AC in each room under the occupants control. The bathroom was large and the shower had great water temperature range. Additionally, there was an accessible rooftop that had a clothing line to dry clothes if need be. The owners are respectful and provided us privacy.
Every morning breakfast was served from 8-10am and possessed yogurt, fruit, cookies, toasties, fresh-baked goodies (normally pies or cakes), and coffee. The owner is a retired baker so you are in for a treat. Besides the substantial breakfast and coffee the owners were available & very helpful with information on the different areas we were visiting. They even lent us there spare umbrella for the beach and sent us out on our days with fresh fruit & ice-cold water to beat the heat. I would highly recommend B&B Terra Maris to anyone visiting the region!

Un piccolo angolo di paradiso

Ottima posizione per escursioni su Otranto e dintorni. Ambiente semplice ma curato ,immerso nella quiete della campagna salentina. Ci torneremo sicuramente..
Gestione impeccabile.. un vero e proprio esempio di ospitalità e professionalità ..

No more Cocumola

Struttura accettabile ma dislocata, pulizie buone, bagno privo di qualsiasi detergente... accoglienza glaciale e inesistente. Prima ed una cosa d’ interesse per la proprietaria: i soldi.
Col pretesto covid inoltre, non era inclusa la colazione.

Il meglio del meglio

Un posto fantastico con una persona fantastica. La gentilezza e la professionalità di Doriana sono il primo vero motivo per ritornare in questo delizioso B&B. Ne abbiamo tantissimi altri..- la colazione dolce e salata, preparata fresca ogni pomeriggio (silenziosamente) da Doriana, viene servita nella saletta esterna dove è tutto curato nei minimi dettagli, sui tavoli ci sono delle girandole colorate che ti rallegrano la giornata sin da subito.
Abbiamo mangiato e chiacchierato amabilmente ogni mattina. Stare qui è stato come sentirsi a casa. - la camera dotata di tutti i comfort e anche di un frigorifero utilissimo per chi come noi viaggia in auto e vuole mettere al fresco le bevande.
- la posizione, è ad un passo da paesi stupendi come Castro e Otranto. Ideale anche se si vuole girare il salento in auto partendo e tornando da qui.
Dal primo giorno Doriana ci ha fornito indicazioni sui posti da visitare e le strade migliori da prendere, fino ad oggi che siamo ripartiti alla volta di un'altra città salentina.
Terra Maris sarà di sicuro una tappa obbligatoria nel nostro prossimo giro in Salento.
