Very nice but to review some rooms

I stayed at this hotel with my family through a booking with smart box and it was all very pleasant. The 'hotel looks pretty good all in all... the outside very very nice and lovingly cared for, you see. The 'interior but also the room where we slept we need a renovation. I got to see the restored rooms and I must say that they are very nice, I recommend those on the 1st floor. Great restaurant, very good breakfast buffet. Everything was made even more satisfying by the kindness and sympathy of laura.. molto welcoming and helpful. Also the hotel staff very nice. We would stay again..in the upper room of course! Strategic position at the exit of the tollbooth! Thank you all!

We are not there

Very dated hotel, old and ugly rooms, and little pizza, especially the sanitary facilities; the lady was grumpy, not recommended.

Low quality of sleep.

The facility is located at the highway exit, making it strategically positioned and just 100 meters from a convenient supermarket.
Equipped with ample parking, the hotel is in vintage style, very 70s, with a charming Vespa-themed pub and an elegant restaurant featuring a couple of cars inside the dining room.
Excellent dinner in an exclusive environment.
Essential but clean room with a comfortable bed.
Fair prices.
Good breakfast and friendly staff.
The only drawback is the complete lack of soundproofing, so any noise, from the most annoying to the smallest, is inevitably heard. This affects the quality of sleep, which remains very low.

Pleasant surprise

We stayed at this property booking an agency package without knowing the hotel. Although most of the reviews were negative, we enjoyed it. Considering the fact that it is a 3-star hotel, the value for money is good. The structure is a bit dated and without a lift, the room spacious enough but not soundproofed so at night you could hear noises and voices (but this clearly depends on the behavior of the other guests). Breakfast was adequate and New Year's Eve dinner varied and good. The staff was very helpful and kind.

I haven't been able to sleep.

Bad Price quality ratio. Very dilapidated structure, it would need a nice renovation, especially for the very old fixtures that are cause of bad soundproofing. Overlooking a noisy street that didn't keep me up all night. Even the door was as if it were not there: you could hear anything. Uncomfortable bed consisting of a cot and an old mattress. Sorry to say but I couldn't sleep even with the caps!!!
I haven't tried the restaurant, so I can't pass judgment on that, but breakfast was the only thing passable, with good homemade cakes.
