Unplug from the daily routine and come here

Review: I stayed with my husband and son in this hotel, very comfortable, very clean environment, spacious and functional rooms, super breakfast, nothing was missing, from sweet to savory, very helpful owner, the reception lady always present and available to give all the information SERVI.Diverse dinners we did in their pizzeria below the hotel, good choice both as pizzas and in the restaurant menu with very hearty dishes and fair prices!! convenient underground parking and sci.Veramente congratulations to the whole family for the management of this very convenient structure a few steps from the highway in a strategic position to visit the whole area!!

Wonderful!

Ferragosto - and no rooms available... Fortunately, I had received an "emergency room" under the roof - including breakfast - at the Hotel Klostersepp.
Very nice property - despite location on the main road between Bressanone and Bolzano - it was very quiet. Swimming pool available - you can also relax on the roof terrace.
Parking of bicycles available.

Thank you for 1 week feel good

Dear Klostersepp team,
thank you for 1 week feel good. Whether it was a break on the roof top in the hot tub, or a sauna session in an excellent wellness area. The great rooms with balcony and view of the monastery. The whole place is just wonderful. Then there is the excellent breakfast buffet with daily infotainment from the owner Klaus what you can do in the region. Simply fantastic and very friendly family.
The food at your place deserves an extra 5 stars - whether it was the pizza or the classic menu - everything is tip top and super delicious.
An extra thank you to Alfred who also made our stay very pleasant with his unique charm.
A 5 star plus praise to the whole team. Thank you very much - we will be back.

Not great

Very basic and we were given the old rooms even though we stayed for 5 nights and had requested to pay more for the newer ones. Service was curt.
There wasn’t any ventilation in the room apart from the balcony (that we had to keep open). The only issue with that was that we had neighbours constantly smoking and talking loudly late at night.
Overall, not a pleasant stay after hiking in the beautiful Dolomites

Lovely stay

The hotel is quite near to the Adolf Munkel trailhead hence my stay here. It has good a lovely view of the mountains and Säben Abbey, an abbey built in the 17th century. Very clean room with a nice balcony overlooking the rooftop garden. Check-in and check-out were a breeze.
Huge selection available at the breakfast buffet. Even someone like me with a strict Muslim diet found plenty of food to enjoy - they had many types of breads and jams, yogurts, cut fruits and cereals.
