summer vacation

Beautiful hotel, beautiful and very clean wooden rooms, good breakfast, nice location with an entrance from a practically private road. The outdoor area with the pool is nice and the spa is clean. I have a criticism regarding the impossibility of getting massages when they were listed as available on the website. I recommend more transparency at the time of booking. Information at the reception was inadequate.

Cozy hotel with SPA

Amazing staff and family accommodation, we were served four course dinner for a week. On Wednesday the staff was free and we were booked at a cozy restaurant in the village. In the basement there is a nice SPA with two different saunas, rest rooms and indoor and outdoor pool.
Treatments are available at good prices
Even a cozy ”living room” with bar is in the basement, always got some snacks such as chips, nuts, charcuterie & cheese
Really a “home of” hotels
Our room had large nice balcony facing the sunny side and outdoor pool

Wonderful hotel with top location!
Amazing staff, lovely rooms & incredibly good food.
Clean & fresh spa area with lovely outdoor pool, perfect after the ski day!

Amazing Hotel.

The hotel looks amazing, and walking distance from the ski lift. You given a spot by the lift to put your skis. We had a family of 4 and stayed from Dec 26th till Jan 3rd at the family suite. It was big enough for family of 4. The Spa was amazing, outdoor pool was great. The breakfast was great, as well as dinner for half board. They had amazing wine selection from 25 euro and up. All those were great for 4 star hotel but what set this place apart from any other hotel I have ever been was the customer service. If I want to thank everyone who were great I must put everyone name but from the Owner and every person who worked there the customer service was above 5 star hotel. I had a car problem which was absolutely nightmare with Hertz but the staff went above and beyond to make sure I get all I need. The customer service was personal, and I want to thanks them again. Will be back again definitely.
