Excellent family vacation
It is the third consecutive year that I return with my family. And this year too it was a super confirmation. Excellent location, with only 10 steps you are on the beach. The environment is always familiar and welcoming. The food is very good and everyone is always very helpful. We will definitely return next year as well.

NOT RECOMMENDED
Last week my husband and I stayed at the Hotel Garden. I booked it since I had seen that there were many positive reviews, so I went for a sure thing, but honestly, our expectations were very disappointed! The only positive thing was the sea-view room, which had a beautiful view. For the rest, it was not a positive experience.
I am pregnant, so I expected a little more consideration... I didn't expect much, but
At least that the bathroom in the room was cleaned properly or that there was good air conditioning in the dining room.
To be precise, it was very hot in the dining room, tables were very close to each other, and when I pointed out that it was impossible to stay because of the heat, the waitress, Maria, replied to me, "And what should I say, since I'm all sweaty and change 4 times a day?"... okay, but you work there, I am paying to suffer while I eat. Is this how you respond to a customer?!
Furthermore, there are disposable tablecloths that one expects to be changed every day, but no, in the morning we would find ourselves having breakfast with the tablecloth stained with sauce from the day before (I am attaching a photo). The bread basket is left on the table from
Lunch until dinner, even though flies or gnats could get on it... there were 2 rolls in the basket; if you ate one at lunch, you would find one in the evening... in fact, my husband and I didn't even touch it because we had realized that there was really poor attention to detail.
After lunch/dinner, when Maria came to ask us what dessert/fruit we wanted, she simply asked "what do you want?" And to our question "what is there?" She would answer us "the usual" as if we should have already known without her listing the items.
Regarding breakfast, it was varied, with many homemade cakes, so a positive note.
In general, the food was not bad, dishes were very generous, and the quality was sometimes good and sometimes left something to be desired.
A positive note was also the parking with covered spaces.
Cleanliness, on the other hand, needs a complete overhaul... we noticed that in the 5 days we were there, the floor in the room was never washed... when the lady tidied the room, she just made the bed, changed the towels, and refilled the soap dispensers.
We found the sink and toilet as dirty as the morning after the room had been tidied; when we pointed this out to the reception, they had the room redone, but in my opinion, this should not happen in a 3-star hotel anyway.
Furthermore, when I pointed all this out at the reception at the time of payment, they responded with a simple nod as if everything I had recounted was not "news." Honestly, I would have taken the €2.60 for the coffee off the bill, at least to make a good impression after all the complaints presented... but nothing at all...
Anyway, I do not recommend this hotel; there is a lot to fix!

la ringraziamo per aver dedicato del tempo a raccontare in maniera così dettagliata la sua esperienza presso il nostro Hotel Garden.
Siamo naturalmente dispiaciuti nel sapere che il soggiorno non abbia rispecchiato le sue aspettative, soprattutto considerando la fiducia con cui ha scelto la nostra struttura.
Ci fa piacere che abbia apprezzato la camera con vista mare, la colazione con i nostri dolci fatti in casa, il parcheggio coperto e, in parte, la qualità e l’abbondanza della nostra cucina. Sono aspetti ai quali teniamo molto.
Per quanto riguarda invece le criticità che ha segnalato, prendiamo molto seriamente quanto ci riferisce. In particolare, la pulizia della camera e del bagno deve essere garantita quotidianamente con la massima attenzione e quanto da lei descritto non corrisponde agli standard che vogliamo offrire ai nostri ospiti. Ci dispiace inoltre che sia stato necessario segnalare nuovamente il problema alla reception.
Anche le osservazioni relative alla sala da pranzo, alla climatizzazione e alla gestione delle tovaglie saranno oggetto di una verifica interna. Comprendiamo perfettamente che, soprattutto durante giornate particolarmente calde, il comfort della sala sia fondamentale.
Ci dispiace inoltre per il modo in cui è stata gestita la sua osservazione sul caldo. La risposta che riferisce di aver ricevuto non è stata certamente quella che un nostro ospite si aspetta e merita. Al di là delle difficoltà che può incontrare chi lavora in sala, è sempre importante mantenere disponibilità, cortesia e attenzione nei confronti del cliente.
Prendiamo quindi la sua recensione come un'occasione per verificare concretamente ciò che non ha funzionato e per migliorare. Ci auguriamo che, nonostante le criticità riscontrate, possa ricordare anche gli aspetti positivi del soggiorno e, qualora decidesse di darci nuovamente fiducia in futuro, poterle offrire un'esperienza decisamente migliore.

To be repeated!
We spent 10 days at the Hotel Garden with two small children; what can I say, relaxation and comfort, a treat for the whole family. Staff very attentive to everyone's needs and super helpful. Varied menu at all meals and availability to make any changes even at the last minute.
Entertainment for children present and not too intrusive, it allows for a breather during the day.
Large pool with a PERFECT lifeguard, professional, nice and available at any time.
Only flaw, vacation over.
We will definitely return.

Everything was perfect, from the location to the cleanliness, from the breakfast to the dinner served by very kind staff. The kindness and help of the owners, who are very attentive to the guests' needs, should be highlighted.

Pure holiday fun ✨️
A child-friendly hotel where we immediately felt at home. Our six-month-old daughter was welcomed with a smile everywhere, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The food was really tasty – fresh, varied and something to look forward to every day. Perfect for a relaxing stay with a little one.
