Great experience.

I would like to compliment the staff for their kindness and availability. I found friendly, attentive, and very professional people, always ready to listen and help with great courtesy. A customer focus that is not so taken for granted today!

Not a hotel for those with mobility disabilities!!!

The hotel does not have an elevator. To find out, on Booking you need to go to "other services".... I arrived around 8 PM on Monday, July 6, having paid in advance on Booking, and I was informed that the room is on the 2nd floor without an elevator. Being unable to manage two flights of stairs on foot due to my disability, I kindly ask if it is possible to cancel the reservation, but the response from an impolite receptionist is that it is not possible because it is non-refundable. I turn to Booking to request mediation; Booking asks the hotel management, but the response is absolutely negative. So I refunded the reservation money and, at 8 PM, I went to look for another hotel. The impression, regardless of the above, is of a hotel that is very, very below par, with dirty windows, a dilapidated reception, and courtesy that is unknown here. Terrible

Great hotel near the sea for a wonderful break

Cute structure both externally and internally with outdoor space with chairs and tables. Possibility of parking in the garden of the structure by reservation at 9 euros per car or free parking a few steps away on foot.
The property is located a few minutes walk from the sea and have an agreement with a bathroom for both umbrellas and sun loungers that 10% discount at the bathroom restaurant (among other things very good).
Very nice and helpful staff, they give very accurate information about the area and surroundings and also have a really well done app with all the information about beaches, restaurants etc.
Small but fair room for two people with a very nice balcony, excellent cleaning.
Breakfast very varied especially in the sweet part.
Well that we stayed in early September but spectacular value for money.

Great human value, in perfect harmony with the hotel tradition of Romagna, great availability and attention to the customer to welcome him within a family context. Excellent value for money "taking into account that they are not easy years". Very functional also the kitchen, hotel is very functional near the beaches and the center. Good luck with the next challenges!!
