The most vomitous place I've ever stayed. Dirt everywhere: unreasonable shower, dirty and dirty floors of cars not well identifiable, rotten sheets and not replaced before our arrival, inefficient heater, sanitary facilities on which you might think the owner wanted to experience the spontaneous growth of pathogens in the open: in vitro would it have cost him too much? With what he makes from that dump, I'd say no! Not to mention the humidity inside that crumbling shack, such as to make the air inside it unbreathable and devour the walls that are flaked! A full-blown disaster. If I were the owner I would be ashamed to give that unclean space to any living being even for 5 minutes! Shame on you!

Horribly disappointing
Booked by booking.com. Only reason was they said they have safe parking for 7 Euros per day. Sent a message via booking.com asking for OFF STREET PARKING and got a reply back that it is granted. On 25th March 2019 we discovered that the place is not accessible by car. My husband stayed in the car, I walked and rang the bell numerous times of the door that said, "B & B Centro Storico" on a tiny piece of wood. Finally called and the guy named Gayatano said, "Oh, I will come out now". He came out from an ADJACENT building and stood on the street blocking the alley so that we can park our car on a spot that is FREE for ALL. He took us behind the building from where he had emerged and we entered into a moldy, basement apartment with loose tiles, freezing cold, mold everywhere and dirty. He was so happy to declare that it was an UPGRADE. He then asked with his google translator for me to cancel with booking.com so that they do not have to pay the tax. I refused. Paid by American Express. The place had ONE bed but he said, "It is all yours, no other people". Did he expect my husband and I to sleep with someone else on the same bed? My booking.com description clearly said the room comes with a kitchen. There was a kitchen with nothing to cook with and two dirty pieces of cloth. He freaked out when I mentioned about cooking and said, "No, No, No, no cooking at all. Only tea and coffee". "Very good breakfast" consists of three pieces of plastic wrap white bread. In the dirty refrigerator there were 3 bottles of semi used jams. On the table there was a vase of dead, rotten flowers to "welcome" us! The toilet had no seat or cover. Mold was everywhere. When I asked about heat I was told to use the extra blanket which turned out to be DIRTY with either vomit stains or some sexual activities remainder. He finally turned a wall heater on which turned out to be totally insufficient and was also told to turn it off during night. Next morning I got an e-mail from booking.com that they were told by the property that I did not show up. I contacted booking.com, explained everything and sent them all the photos, and got 25 Euro as a compensation. Booking.com is investigating the property.

Ma seriamente?
Mi sono affidata a recensioni di un sito di prenotazione essendo più recenti ma assolutamente non mi fiderò mai più. Non so se sia stato peggio il comportamento dell'host che per tutta la durata del soggiorno non si è neanche fatto vivo (persino per la consegna delle chiavi l'ho dovuto chiamare io e mi ha chiesto di lasciarle all'armeria di fronte), o della struttura trascurata sia nella pulizia sia nei così detti confort promessi sul sito di prenotazione. Si parlava infatti di detersivi per la pulizia che invece ho dovuto acquistare di tasca mia per non restare nella sporcizia più totale, schermo piatto e invece si trattava di una mini tv senza antenna funzionante. Il bagno ha un'autoclave malfunzionante per cui dalle 10 e mezza rimanevamo senza acqua. La cucina per quanto carina e spaziosa ha un piano cottura difettoso e un forno non funzionante. Il divano è lercio e pieno di macchie. Si parlava di colazione inclusa ma abbiamo trovato solo caffettiere senza manico 2mini pentolini e tisane e caffè andati a male. Ferro da stiro promesso ma inesistente. Uno dei pochi vantaggi è stato quello di avere la lavatrice ma non potendo stendere i panni all'esterno non ho potuto usufruirne più di tanto. Finestre senza persiane e zanzariere per cui impossibile dormire a finestre aperte perché essendo al piano rialzato si sentiva il rimbombo delle auto che passavano giù e poteva entrare qualsiasi animale. In camera da letto a parte due lucine ai lati del letto c'era una lampada da terra ovviamente non funzionante. Quando ho provato a far presente il tutto all'host non ho ricevuto risposta quindi ci siamo ritrovati 10 gg qui con tutti questi disagi. Decisamente la sconsiglio.
E'un peccato perché la casa in sé per sé è un gioiellino con pareti in tufo situato nel pieno centro della città ma appunto è molto trascurata.

Vacanza distrutta!
Esperienza a dir poco incredibile, arrivato sul posto non si e neanche presentato per darci le chiavi e mostrarci la casa, chiavi trovate in una porticina vicino, la casa neanche a dirlo puzzava di muffa, umidità dappertutto, bagno inguardabile, le cose che più mi hanno fatto impazzire e che lenzuola e federe inesistenti, sporcizia allucinante per terra c'era il terreno non la polvere, senza acqua calda di giorno, e senza acqua proprio di notte, sotto il lavandino c'era ancora la pasta che era caduta a chi stava prima di noi, quindi pulizia e sanificazione inesistente, in pratica ci ha distrutto una vacanza poiche appena ci siamo lamentati della situazione ci ha cacciati di casa, dicendo che ci avrebbe almeno versato la quota dei giorni di cui non abbiamo usufruito, con tanto di minacce che ci buttava la roba nostra fuori casa!! Inutile dire che ci ha anche derubati di quella somma, pari a 200€, un ferragosto completamente distrutto da gente a cui non importa nulla dei suoi clienti, ne tantomeno di garantire il minimo indispensabile, ovviamente allego foto imbarazzanti. Non mi fa caricare il video dove cammino scalzo per 15 secondi e ovviamente il risultato a piedi nudi è incredibile, sporcizia fin sopra i capelli.

Forse per il 1 Gennaio... Malissimo
Forse per il 1 Gennaio. Senza voglia, molto scortese il duonio, senza colazione, senza califazione, ambiente frio, oscura , senza cuore, mala luce. No mi ha piaccutto per niente e ho dormito frio e male. Bueno - magari la prossima volta
