Overall, the room was clean and the location was excellent, situated in the center of the market. There are two issues I would recommend the property address: firstly, the door entry PIN code that was meant to be provided via Expedia never arrived, causing difficulty accessing the room — although Ms. Rosella made every effort to send it to us in short time. Secondly, the towels were not nice and should be replaced with new once.

A perfect spot to explore Catania

A very good place to stay in the very center of Catania. Clean modern rooms and good air conditioning. Safe and quiet building.

Great location, neighborhood a bit run down, but overall interesting

Nice and clean rooms with terrace with etna view, no breakfast, in the room there is a kettle for a hot drink and at the entrance bottle with fresh and clean water and coffee machine with payment for capsules.
To enter and exit codes sent by wapp and staff available on the phone.
The building is very central but very decadent and the streets below are dirty and frequented by people of many ethnicities especially black, in the evening does not seem so recommendable. Early in the morning, however, the local market is set up around the palace, with fruit, vegetables, fish, etc. We've been there all morning. Great location for sightseeing. For parking there are no problems as 200 meters there is a guarded multi-storey, we paid 12 euros for a day.

For parking you need to park in the multilevel parking 3 min walking distance. 24hrs :12 Euro

The property is located in a magnificent area. The significant trouble that I had was the lack of instructions for check in or bag drop off.
I am a solo female traveller, who had just disembarked off a really early morning flight and had to ask for help from the locals while I waited for the instructions because I was stranded when I arrived at the property.
