Wonderful discovery, highly recommended

First time in this facility and in Caorle. We chose this residence because my son had the Italian athletics championships, and it was convenient for both the field and the sea. We then discovered it was also very convenient for the supermarket just 1 minute away on foot and for the bus station that takes you to various destinations, including Venice, which we then visited for the day. Everything is reachable within 5 to 10 minutes on foot.
The apartment was a three-room unit, very nice and functional, no mosquitoes, perfectly air-conditioned, kitchen kit with dish soap and a tablet for the dishwasher, sponge, cloth, and dish towel were greatly appreciated. Well-equipped and very practical kitchen. Washing machine in the bathroom. Everything was very well maintained and spotless.
Various pools, including the central one open until 10 PM, which is greatly appreciated considering that in other facilities it closes much earlier. There is also a heated pool. Extremely kind staff.
Bicycles available for guests, subject to availability at the time: free if used for a couple of hours, or available for rent for the entire day for a fee.
I have rarely found residences so well organized.
In case of a new stay in Caorle, we will definitely return here.
I highly recommend it.

So-so

A nice village with pools, but it lacks a kiosk and a better-stocked bar with wider opening hours, and a TV in the room.
Additionally, we found an invasion of ants in the apartment.
Quality-price ratio not fully satisfactory

I ask availability from Friday to Sunday.
Mrs. Deborah sends me a quote of 340 € with apartment, breakfast, parking and beach. I ask how to book and the lady tells me that she blocks the apartment for Saturday and Sunday. I'm telling you, the reservation was from Friday. Then she tells me that for the period I requested is 400€ that she was wrong. I ask why this strange economic proportion between a day and two days.
He replies that there is no more availability and as we speak he dismisses me with “warm regards”.
With complete rudeness and no availability has understand our request and quickly close the conversation.
I was a customer but honestly I won't be anymore.

Caorle, Villaggio hemingway- nice and nice hotel

Clean, nice and nice hotel. Third time we stayed here, so cozy to sit on the balcony facing the pool and hear happy children playing! Close to the beach, great help at the hotel to book sun beds. Suitable walk to the center. Good supermarket behind the hotel, easy to fix food themselves. Good control of all dogs staying at the hotel (are both scared of dogs and allergic in the family) but no problem dealing with this at the hotel. Also got good help from the hotel to book taxi to and from the airport (expensive compared to going by bus but we thought it was worth the money). We will come back here!

Price/quality ratio decidedly disadvantageous

The structure undoubtedly has infrastructural advantages such as the pool area but, objectively, considering the cost that a family has to bear, (which also does not include the place on the beach) find themselves having ants in various parts of the accommodation, faulty appliances, an almost unusable internet connection is really irritating and affects the quality of the holiday.
It is not for fussiness but for a simple evaluation of the relationship between the amount spent and the quality received decidedly disproportionate.
