We highly recommend taking the "top" category not much more expensive but significantly better.
The room is a little far from the city center and restaurants, which are still within walking distance. Parking, for a fee, is possible in the nearby streets or in the two covered car parks 200 m away.
Too bad.
-that the curtains are not sufficiently concealing
- that the breakfast is not up to the accommodation. You have to claim to have "salty" (eggs, cold meats under blister!) and it is composed only of "sweet" products of supermarket type, no fresh product! A coffee machine offering coffee latte and capucino but without milk! The person present understands only Italian
Although the host was very responsive (error in the room assignment quickly set) and the information very complete (video presentation), the communication was only via WhatsApp. We never met our host.

Very clean and nice
There were 3 of us and we had an "apartment" with 2 large rooms and a nice bathroom.
Located within walking distance of the city.
Very light breakfast according to our needs.
There is a car park nearby where you can park at a reasonable price.

All perfect
But the experience was super positive.
Spacious, new, clean room.
Central location a stone's throw from the center.
But above all, Mr. Fernando and his wife are of a kindness and hospitality that is rarely encountered.
It will be my choice every time I go to Cagliari.

Cute, clean & modern
- Location: (Walking) Civic Market of San Benedetto (7min), Museo archeologico nazionale (15min), Cattedrale di Santa Maria Assunta e Santa Cecilia (18min), Quartiere Castello (17min).
- Bathroom amenities: Liquid soap, combined shampoo/shower gel, tissues, hairdryer.
- In-room safe large enough for a laptop.
- Comfortable bed and good blockout curtains.
- Safe, quiet neighbourhood and pleasant staff.
Cons:
- As others have previously mentioned here (and on other review sites), breakfast was disappointing. While no hot food is completely understandable, a continental breakfast should at least include the basic cereal, fresh pastries and fruit yoghurt, none of which were on offer. Further, the bread was not fresh and coffee from the coffee machine was undrinkable. I recommend going to the pasticceria (3 minutes walk) for good coffee, sweet/savoury pastries and fresh juice, instead.
- Shower water temperature was temperamental, taking several minutes for any hot water to arrive and then randomly turning cold mid-shower.
