Great view and location, affordable price

Stayed there for 5 nights.
Nice clean studio room with amazing view.
Private parking.
50-100 meters from the lakeside.
Very good value for the money.
Negative point / points to consider:
1. wi-fi is only available near the reception area.
2. TV set is very small and most of the channels are in German.
3. Besides the kitchenware itself, you have nothing (I mean no salt, pepper, tea or coffee).

Amazing view, great location

The view is amazing the location is very good, close to the water
The room was bit old, no so beautiful, the bed was 2 single beds (this is the only option)
The owner was kind and funny
Close to inf. point, supermarket and few restaurants.
No heat in the room until Nov. (Italy rule)
There is mosquitoes and flies

Nice studio apartment in excellent location

Stayed for six nights in a studio apartment, booked through booking.com. Very good value for money (about £45 per night), breakfast extra if required. Accomodation is fairly basic, two single beds plus a large sofa bed, kitchenette with island breakfast bar and fridge. No microwave, just two hotplates, and the very minimum of kitchen equipment. En-suite bathroom with shower and bidet. Large balcony overlooking Lake Garda. All very clean. Beds are made each day and rubbish taken out. Owners speak quite good English and were very helpful and polite.
Small portable TV with no English channels, all in German.
Lots to see and do in the area, lovely lakeside towns and villages, Verona and Monte Baldo, all easily accessible by car.

Alles was man braucht

Wir waren jetzt schon einige male im san vito und fühlen uns absolut wohl.
Super Frühstück, gr Zimmer toller Balkon u gigantische Aussicht auf den Gardasee.
Toll ist das Parkhaus u die Liegen am Strand.
Das Bad könnte etwas modernisiert werden, aber alles super sauber u Preis/ Leistung ist absolut in Ordnung.
Sehr nette Pensions Familie u einen immer gute Laune verbreitenden u singenden Albino
Bis nächstes Jahr, wir freuen uns

Che vista

Ottimo residence, c’è praticamente tutto , la spiaggia dista 20 metri , ma il punto forte e la vista , spettacolare ad ogni ora .. colazione buona , e pulizia impeccabile, giù in passeggiata diversi ristoranti ottimi ...
