Basic, but great value and fabulous host.
The apartment is a good size with a huge terrace at the rear which has fantastic views of Vesuvius and even a glimpse of the sea in the opposite direction A big supermarket about 5 mins walk down the street.
The kitchen is a little basic with no microwave, toaster or bowls for cereal and it’s interesting trying to use the electric toastie maker with the one socket and extension lead. Both bedrooms are a very good size and the bathroom is great. The water pressure is a bit on the low side but I’ve had far worse showers in much more expensive places.
Access to the apartment could be a problem for anyone with mobility issues. Steep stone staircase with no handrail to the front of the property and a steel open spiral staircase from the terrace to the pool. Again these are fine for most people but older people may struggle and the open spiral staircase to the pool could be a bit dodgy for very young children.
Anna the host is very nice. Couldn’t do enough to be helpful, even let’s Ng us stay quite late on departure day without any problems. I messaged her a few times during our stay and she replied within minutes each time. Got to say an exceptional host, one of the best I’ve ever encountered.
There is secure parking at the property but be warned, it’s u a very narrow passageway at the side of the property so any very large car would be a no no. We simply parked right outside the front entrance on the road everyday with no worries at all. It was also easier to access the apartment from the front stairs for my mother in law
There didn’t appear to be much around the apartment in the way of bars/restaurants etc. it’s located in a mainly residential district. But this did mean that the roads were very quiet once any workers had departed and a good nights sleep was easy to have with no noise.
There is a small children’s funfair about 100 meters away which looked great for younger children. Rides and stalls etc. We saw it open but never heard any noise from it.
Pompeii was about 15 mins drive, Vesuvius was about 20 mins, Herculaneum about the same and Naples about 25 mins. So location was great. We even made it to the Amalfi coast in less than an hour and Sorrento the same. Although anyone familiar with Italian driving will know these times can vary with the total lunacy you see on the roads.
Overall it was a great stay. It’s not luxurious but well worth the bargain price that Anna charges so it’s impossible to complain about anything really. As a base for exploring the area it is fabulous

Ottima struttura, base di partenza per numerosi luoghi da visitare.
Piscina molto bella, giardino ben curato, alloggio confortevole. La proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile. Ottimo punto di partenza per visitare Pompei/Ercolano, Reggia di Caserta, Vesuvio, Napoli, Costiera Sorrentina e Amalfitana...

ein perfekter Urlaub
Einfach nur perfekt, vielen Dank nochmal an Anna und ihre Familie!
Mein Appartement sowie die ganze Anlage waren sehr sauber, die Vermieterin sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, und die Lage perfekt um die Gegend zu erkunden. Mein Auto durfte ich hinter dem Tor parken. Die nächste Bahnstation ist nur einige Minuten zu Fuß vom Appartment entfernt. Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Bar und Restaurants sind auch nur wenige Gehminuten von der Anlage entfernt.
Mein Appartement sowie die ganze Anlage waren sehr sauber, die Vermieterin sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, und die Lage perfekt um die Gegend zu erkunden. Mein Auto durfte ich hinter dem Tor parken. Abbiamo soggiornato in uno dei monolocali in dotazione della struttura. Appartamento pulito, fatto molto bene, ogni cosa al loro posto. Peccato per la presenza di formiche (unica pecca nei tanti punti positivi). Bel giardino e bella piscina. Ottimo il punto, ad un oretta dalla costiera. Per finire prezzo più che adeguato.

2019 CAPODANNO A NAPOLI
cercavo 1 sistemazione economica, (camera matrim.con cucina) ed ho trovato tramite booking questa struttura. entrata indip.con telecomando x aprire il cangello posto auto. aria condiz.bagno in camera+balcone con vista mare.tutto perfetto. i proprietari sono gentilissimi e alla mano. ci tornero ! dimenticavo...x entrare nella struttura, ti devi infilare con l'auto nel vicoletto stretto accanto...io con la opel corsa non ho problemi...
