A little gem in a fantastic location
Room was very big with chairs and a table to relax in Large bed, air con, fridge, safe, tv and a great supply of clean towels and toiletries
The breakfast buffet set you up for the day and the freshly made coffee was superb
The staff were friendly and only to happy to help if needed
The location is right in the centre of Bologna and only a €25 taxi fare from the airport
Lots of local restaurants and bars on your doorstep
The whole place was very clean I really can’t think of any negative aspects

Almost perfect
The only grumble is that the flush buttons on the wall for the toilet fell off on first use and the light flush was broken completely. For added fun, the door to the bathroom would also not close properly and, given it was a sliding door, this was quite the issue. This was reported on the first day but disappointingly was never looked at while we were there.
Other than that, this was a lovely hotel and would have no reservations about returning.

Excellent confirmation
Beautiful structure in the city center;
Room is just the right size with light and, above all, meticulous cleanliness;
Breakfast well beyond expectations and superb coffee shop. Note: for the second time, we can say "the best cappuccino in ITALY." Well done.
A suggestion for the reception: be less cold with the clientele.
