Great stay

I stayed with the dog for which they don't charge any supplement. Nice room, breakfast definitely ok and, last but not least, I found excellent friendliness from all the staff. ! Great experience!!

Terrible experience

I stayed in this kind of hotel, the rooms are dated and smell like vomiting smoke if you want to get a serious illness this is the hotel for you then I don't understand why the financial police haven't come to close this hotel yet they give you a receipt if you pay in cash, even if it doesn't say anywhere it also acts as a motel but above all for women who are on the street. Then the owner "who isn't because the owners are other" a Chinese woman who in my opinion used to work in a Chinese massage center the rooms are disgusting the breakfast if you arrive later than 7.30 you won't find anything anymore, the prices if you go for I work and you have to go out at 5.30 in the morning, you still pay for breakfast, never seen a hotel that forces you to pay for breakfast, oh God, calling it a hotel is crazy, so I advise you to look around before booking, maybe go a few more kilometers but at least sleep better eat breakfast, better if you don't want to have it, they don't charge for it and look for a real hotel not run by Chinese PS heating doesn't work in any room from what I understood and heard from other customers

Shortcomings

We were assigned a room on the ground floor as there is no lift as I had mobility difficulties. In the room I could hear snoring from the nearby room. Bathroom with bathtub and inaccessible to me. There is no handle for disabled people.

Good as a base for a night

My wife and I spent a night in this property after attending a concert at the forum in Assago (about 10 minutes away by car).
The structure is rather neglected but in my opinion the evaluation must take into account how it is used by customers: certainly not for a holiday in charming Binasco, but exclusively as a base for a night. Seen from this perspective, I feel like giving it three stars anyway. Also good to have breakfast included.
Rather dark rooms. Parking is available, although this may not be enough for everyone.
Staff available and ready to resolve a problem relating to parking.
The fact of having to pay immediately upon check-in is a bit unpleasant. It seems like a lack of confidence but maybe they have had some bad experiences….
Overall, for just one night, it's fine.

Business Stay but hopefully never again

Moved to Ascot as our normal hotel in Binasco was fully booked, first impressions were of a motel and not a three star hotel. Heard reference that it advertises as a four star. In my opinion saying it's three star is wrong. Noisy rooms, uncomfortable beds, had to use a towel to lift pillows so as to be comfortable. Breakfast ordinary at best, at worse terrible. Not likely to be going back. Oh forgot to mention the front desk are helpful, apart from that very poor.
