Good value for money

The hotel is located in a quiet area not too far from Treviso. Our room was comfortable and clean. The staff is kind. There is also a restaurant that we highly recommend.

UNACCEPTABLY INTOLERANT SECRETARY.

Good morning,
Today at 3:00 PM, Thursday, May 14th, I had booked a room for myself, everything confirmed… but due to the cancellation of an event, I canceled the reservation on Booking.
I called to confirm the order again (my fault) and a very rude colleague answered me with a rather intolerant tone, continuously telling me that I should have read the hotel policies, and without any willingness to explain what the problem was since the payment had already been made.
I expected a bit of empathy and tolerance, but perhaps the lady was a bit tired.
Professionalism and courtesy are the rules of a job in the hospitality industry, but here I did not feel understood.
What a shame, the hotel deserves better.

Ci dispiace che una singola telefonata abbia generato una percezione tale da influire così negativamente sulla valutazione della nostra struttura, frutto di anni di impegno nel garantire accoglienza, professionalità e qualità dei servizi.
Crediamo che una recensione possa essere davvero utile agli altri viaggiatori quando descrive l’esperienza complessiva del soggiorno — comfort, pulizia, colazione, servizi e ospitalità — offrendo un quadro completo e obiettivo della permanenza.
Per questo ci sorprende che un giudizio pubblico sia stato espresso sulla base di un’unica conversazione telefonica, senza aver avuto modo di conoscere direttamente la nostra realtà e l’attenzione che riserviamo quotidianamente ai nostri ospiti. Ci chiediamo inoltre se, qualora il tono della telefonata fosse stato percepito diversamente, sarebbe nata comunque l’esigenza di pubblicare questa recensione.
In ogni caso, la salutiamo cordialmente e restiamo disponibili ad accoglierla in futuro, certi che un’esperienza diretta potrebbe permetterle di conoscere meglio la professionalità e la cortesia che contraddistinguono il nostro lavoro.

A good restaurant, at affordable prices

Always gone at noon for the workers' menu, always eaten well and enough, even for birthdays and parties give their best. L 'New Year's Eve really good menu, music and cheerfulness with very low prices given the period. They have recently renovated it, and have done a good job, highly recommended

Spacious and clean double room

Very nice hotel, environmentally friendly with separate collection even outside the rooms, no plastic.
Friendly staff.Very clean room, comfortable king size bed.
Bathroom with spacious shower.
Recommended especially for cleaning.
Dinner at the hotel very good considering the restaurant would be closed.

I can only recommend this hotel

The staff was super friendly. The breakfast buffet is really rich and you have a good selection or you will always find something to eat. The rooms are also cozy.
Even if you don't speak Italian. If you can speak some English and a Google translated one. Also works the communication. And a special thanks goes to Mr. Franko (hope the name is spelled correctly)
