Ideal stay for tourist

Great Hotel with comfortable rooms and spacious bathrooms and very clean. Polite and caring staff. We recommend the restaurant of the Hotel, excellent cuisine both land and sea with fair prices. To return.

Top management

The hotel is located near Tolentino and is very close to the freeway (this is also the only "defect" as the room you can hear cars passing on the nearby viaduct but nothing that you can not stand) and the motorway entrance of Civitavova Marche. Externally there is a large free parking lot that is available to customers (even those in the restaurant). In the room you enter with a magnetic card that you also use to access from the gate outside the hotel. It is also equipped with restaurant service. The double bedroom (one type, about 22sqm) and its bathroom (large shower) are quite spacious and well furnished in a modern style. As services in the room we have a telephone, TV, minibar, air conditioning, safe, a table with chair and a wardrobe. The curtain is blackout type. In our case there was also a balcony with chairs and table. The room is clean and the bathroom towels are changed daily. The pride of the structure is definitely the breakfast buffet made especially from cakes and homemade cakes by the wife of the owner, nothing short of delicious. It should be noted that the management of the hotel is familiar and this positively affects the overall management. The staff is always helpful and friendly, including the hotel owner who also serves breakfast in the morning and is also the chef of the restaurant (where you eat great). Special thanks to Fadio, the "fac totum" of the hotel. Value for money I would say unbeatable for those who want to stay in the area and visit the wonders present. Bravo, keep it up.

Very kind and helpful staff. They meet all the needs.
Modern, nice and clean room overlooking the pool.
Excellent dishes both fish and meat.

Ottima sistemazione (ma necessaria auto)

E' un hotel ristorante che si trova un pochino fuori dal paese di Belforte e a 10 minuti in auto da Tolentino. C'è un grande parcheggio a disposizione dei clienti.
Le stanze sono molto moderne forse un pochino troppo minimal ma sicuramente funzionali, ampie e pulite. Il top è il bagno molto grande e completo di tutti gli accessori
Nella nostra stanza c'era un terzo letto che ingombrava un pò il passaggio; mancava un armadio anche se alla fine la nostra permanenza era per un paio di notti, quindi nessun problema. C'è la tv con Sky e un minibar fornito e con prezzi assolutamente accessibili.
Le camere sono ben insonorizzate verso esterno meno all'interno ma non è stato un grande problema. La colazione era abbondante nelle versioni dolce e salato (questo veniva offerto in modo espresso)
Il persona è gentile e sempre disponibile. E' ubicato in zona industriale è necessaria auto per spostarsi. Lo raccomando in funzione del prezzo che ne fine settimana è molto conveniente.

Moderno e pulito

Arredato in stile moderno e funzionale , camera comoda e bagno molto bello. Purtroppo si sentono molto i rumori dalle stanze adiacenti e dal corridoio. In ogni modo consigliabile per la posizione e la struttura moderna. Il ristorante adiacente è molto frequentato … buon segno.
