Lots of light and some shadow

One hundred meters from a road car park costing 12 euros per day, this suite offers a beautiful view of the Bari seafront and an excellent base for visiting historic Bari.
The furnishings are a bit limited: no coat hangers in the living room and bathroom, a small sink without a shelf, a tiny table that is practically unusable, blackout curtains which, at dawn, don't obscure much. The staircase leading to the "crianze" suite is inconvenient. Good breakfast to be consumed at the cafeteria which is about fifty meters away

I do not recommend it!

Communication with the owner was poor: slow responses and only to some questions, while others were completely ignored.
Upon arrival, we found several issues: humidity in the room, air conditioner without batteries (making it impossible to use the dehumidifier), and a t-shirt and socks from the previous guest still in the drawers....
The kitchen was completely lacking cooking utensils: there were two breakfast sets out of three, despite the promise via WhatsApp to bring us the third one, which never arrived.
For two nights, returning after 11 PM, there was no water. Not being able to use the bathroom or shower is unacceptable, and despite reports via WhatsApp and Booking, we received no response. If the property has water supply issues, it would be good practice to inform guests or provide an emergency tank.
The property has potential, but the management is lacking.
We also note that the sliding door leading to the waterfront has no blackout curtains, so it is advisable to bring a sleep mask. The courtesy set in the bathroom was for two people while we paid for three.

Unprofessional host

I booked via booking and selected two beds, when we got there only one bed was made. I wrote them the moment we arrived but they just says that don't do that with only two people and i ended up working on the couch with no sheets at all
