Wonderful!!!

We stayed twice at this property, very satisfied with the comfort, the welcome, the clean environments, the parking inside, the courtesy of the staff. Great breakfast, as well as restaurant service. Especially for those who have to go to the airport (10 minutes) or stay in Cagliari, which is 15 minutes away, I highly Recommendation.

Good budget airport stay

Good location, close to the airport with petrol stations on route. Local shops and restaurants are only walking distance away. Private parking was very reassuring and the cafe offering breakfast was just round the corner. We were very pleased with our apartment. It was extremely spacious and squeaky clean. Had a seating area and a equipped kitchen (the only thing we missed was a bottle opener). Big thank you to Ali for getting it ready for our early arrival, it was greatly appreciate it! Only issues were the wifi didn't reach us as we were at the end of the rooms and we had to tweak our automatic light for the bathroom but managed to turn it off in the end.

Soggiorno perfetto

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana qui e siamo rimasti piacevolmente stupiti.
Il tutto è andato al di là delle nostre aspettative.
Appartamento con tutti i comfort, pulizia, cambio lenzuola e asciugamani e colazione inclusa giù al bar.
La gentilezza estrema di Martina, disponibile per ogni evenienza.
Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti, ne sarete felici

Una piacevole sorpresa

Ho soggiornato presso la struttura Luxar Room e mi recavo al luxar eat per la colazione. Brioches e cappuccino molto buoni. Sembrava un locale poco affollato, invece devo dire che durante una cena di sabato sera, si è riempito completamente. Servizio molto attento e cibo davvero ottimo, anche la pizza. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.
Lo consiglio e ci tornerei.

Molto apprezzato

Ci siamo fermati un fine settimana e siamo rimasti contenti, l'appartamento dispone dei confort più basilari ed inoltre dispone di una lavatrice ed angolo cottura completo.
Sicuramente c'è da migliorare la pulizia ma comunque è grande ed arredato bene rispetto le baracche che si trovano in giro.
Per chi deve fare una sosta ad Assemini lo consiglio anche per la qualità/prezzo.
