Beautiful villa in the Arezzo hills.

Beautiful villa surrounded by greenery on the hills among vineyards and olive groves. 10 minutes from the historic center of Arezzo. Complete with all amenities, suitable for both short and long stays. Manager friendly and helpful.

5-star relaxation

We stayed 5 days at Villa Sargiano. The family was always there for every need and the place is really lovely. Supermarket 5 minutes and Arezzo center 10 minutes. Ideal place to go to unwind.

Relaxation..

Very pleasant position .. good for those who want to walk between greenery and tranquility, the night very quiet and in the distance the noise of the city. Great for family trips where you are not too far away in the center of Arezzo.

Avete recensito come molto piacevoli la posizione vicina ad Arezzo Centro ma che permette di passeggiare nel verde, tranquillità e sonni profondi per il silenzio. Super experience in Sargiano

The past experience in the two weeks of stay at Villa Sargiano was wonderful. The owners are very polite and kind people, attentive to customer requests. The structure has every comfort and the large and well-kept spaces make it all pleasant. Recommended.

Peacefull rest and recuperation

The location of the property is perfect! Very close to Cortona, Lago Trasimeno and other beautiful places un Tuscany.
The place is surrounded by forest, and near is a walking path that you can take to go up the hill to watch a sunset.
Owners are very polite, kind and everything I asked was delivered in a minutes.
As we are "early birds" with my mum, one minus was that we where not able to enjoy early morning swim at the pool as it was open only from 09:30.
In comparison with other properties in Tuscany, we where able to swim from 6 AM.
My kind suggestion to the owners would be:
1. To give some loving care to their beautiful garden and plants. They where a bit "sad";
2. To sweep the yard;
3. Cut down some bushes so you can watch the sunrise;
4. Replace plastic dishes and cutlery with glass dishes and metal cutlery;
5. To air the bedrooms, because there was a musty smell in the bedrooms;
6. To put moth repellent because moths were flying in the bedrooms.
I hope that my suggestion will make even more beautiful your villa!

Dear Guest, Thank you for your very good review, which praises Villa Sargiano. We are constantly improving thanks to the feedback of all our guests. The lawn around the pool respects guests' freedom to access it. Beautiful flowers, though appreciated, may embarrass some guests and become invasive in the environment surrounding Villa Sargiano, within the Bosco di Sargiano Protected Area. Upon request, it is possible to change the morning pool access times. The times indicated are for routine checks, cleaning, and sanitization to protect guests. Your visit coincided with a heavy rainstorm in Arezzo, which affected the many surrounding plants. We carefully inspected and found no signs of mold or moths in the room you booked. Some guests have different sensitivities to odors. The recent temperature fluctuations may cause these feelings. Most guests prefer a natural environment, not soaked in insecticides. As for dishes, we usually use biodegradable plastics and cutlery, but at your request, we brought ceramic plates and cutlery. We hope you'll have fond memories of the natural surroundings of Villa Sargiano. Thank you again.
