Romantic getaway

B & b in the center convenient to everything with crazy views of the city day and night, we had the room with Jacuzzi facing the bed very nice bath a bit 'dated but does its duty, room and bathroom clean and comfortable, for breakfast you could choose sweet or savory we chose the sweet discreet choice between three cakes, a briochina each, yogurt jam rusks, cappuccino coffee or other x us more than well. Owners friendly and helpful; the 'entrance to the structure and the room is done through numerical codes with keyboard the owners are seen only in the morning x breakfast also this very convenient. I recommend it

Great location. Very easy keyless access to property & room. Lovely rooftop deck. Great room with a beautiful 180° view of Arezzo. Convenience store on one side & a police depot on the other side at street level. Bus stop right outside the door. 4 minute walk to the train station, but the area is great, safe, centrally located. Elevator for your luggage opens directly into the accommodation. Refrigerator in common area. On a beautiful circular palazzo with a carousel. Easy walking distance to all the main sites.

A step away from the center and the station

Last week I spent 2 nights with my parents in this property with an excellent location; a few meters from Arezzo station and as many from the historic center. The cute apartment, overlooking the square, with a spacious day room as soon as you enter (where there is fitted kitchen (also with appliances and washing machine), dining table, sofa that becomes bed, large tv and even a foosball table like. Then a door to enter the comfortable bedroom with double bed, with two large windows, a wardrobe in the wall, an armchair and the bathroom (with corner shower, sink, toilet and even the bidet).
The access to the structure is technological with code, both for the door and for the apartment, located on the first floor. Breakfast is by reservation for those who want, it is served on the 4th floor of this building (which can still 'be used by guests for free even to drink just a tea or coffee) in a well-kept and tastefully decorated room, super lit by a stained glass window, where there is also a usable piano, and a spiral staircase that leads to the terrace usable by customers where there are tables and armchairs (I was to admire the view).
The managers very kind (they made us leave our luggage all ilgg before the departure we had in the evening) and always available, responding immediately via whatsapp to requests.
I highly recommend it to a family or friends.

Stayed in the top floor room with the terrace and seating area. Definitely a great decision. Arrezo was the starting point of our Tuscany tour and glad we spent an extra night and day. Great room super convenient to town and the train station.

Exactly how it is described and very near the train station. Walkable distance to all the things to do around there. I really enjoyed my stay there.
