Modern and artistic hotel
5 stars, magnificent hotel with a modern atmosphere and contemporary art works, very kind, friendly, and generous staff. Clean room and comfortable bed, pleasant view, abundant and varied breakfast. Perfect location for visiting Lerici and the Cinque Terre while staying in a quiet environment. My four-legged friend was also able to come!!

Fantastic hotel, an experience I recommend with all my heart; I went for my twentieth anniversary with my husband and we had a great time.
Attentive and present staff to ensure the best of experiences, attention to the room decor, essential and well-curated courtesy kit perfect for every need, it exudes a modern and refreshing air.
Convenient and easy parking for maneuvers, bar area with many choices and a vast breakfast selection, impeccable service, perfect location for a visit to the 5 Terre☺️☺️

I recommend it to everyone
It is a very nice place, I will surely return, I liked the room with a beautiful view, the breakfast was very delicious and the service very pleasant, it was on a hill but very close to the city of Sarzana and Lerici which is a beautiful place with the Sea and easy to catch a boat to visit the 5 Terre.

More than excellent
New facility, location situated 12/13 minutes from the sea and the center of Lerici.
Very beautiful, kind staff, welcoming and available for any request. Wonderful rooms, with a breathtaking view immersed in the greenery. Buffet breakfast, complete with everything from sweet to savory, fruit… nothing is missing
Soon there will be the possibility to use the pool in the solarium area.
We will return very soon, heartfelt thanks, a hug, Tiziana and Gianni from Como

Hotel hidden in the countryside. The location may be appealing, but being new and still unfinished, it presents significant issues.
With the outside temperature at 38°, the room was hot because the air conditioning stopped working at night.
Bizarre architects designed a strange shower, the elevator was out of order because it had not been tested... the pool is closed (opens in July), breakfast was made by distracted people who happened to be there. Parking is high up on a dusty white road...
For me, it's a no.

Ci dispiace soprattutto per suo marito. Essere citato nel post scriptum come responsabile dell'intera vacanza è una responsabilità che pochi esseri umani meritano di sopportare. Gli auguriamo sinceramente giorni più sereni.
Per il resto, però, qualche precisazione la dobbiamo ai futuri ospiti.
Sì, siamo immersi nella campagna. È esattamente il motivo per cui esistiamo. Non abbiamo mai promesso il lungomare, il traffico o il rumore dei motorini. Chi sceglie Le Stele sceglie volutamente una collina con vista sulla Val di Magra, a pochi minuti dal mare. Se qualcuno riuscirà un giorno a spostare un edificio di qualche centinaio di tonnellate direttamente sulla spiaggia, prenderemo in considerazione l'idea.
Gli "architetti bizzarri" meritano invece un mezzo applauso. Quella che definisce una doccia strana è in realtà una doccia emozionale con seduta, getti massaggianti, cromoterapia e diversi effetti d'acqua. Lo scopo era offrire un'esperienza un po' diversa dal classico soffione che cade dal soffitto dal 1968. Può piacere oppure no, ma promettiamo che non è stata progettata dopo una cena particolarmente alcolica.
Il parcheggio, invece, è volutamente drenante. In Liguria conviviamo con piogge intense e continui problemi di dissesto idrogeologico. Preferiamo una soluzione che lasci respirare il terreno piuttosto che trasformare ogni metro quadrato in asfalto. Le scarpe, di solito, sopravvivono.
Sull'ascensore ha ragione. È stato installato, pagato e siamo i primi a desiderare che entri finalmente in funzione. Purtroppo il collaudo dipende dalla burocrazia e non dalla nostra buona volontà. Nel frattempo restano da affrontare otto gradini... e altri otto. Non una tappa del Giro d'Italia, ma comprendiamo che possa essere una seccatura.
Per l'aria condizionata, invece, rassicuriamo i futuri ospiti: funziona perfettamente, basta premere + e - per regolare temperatura e ventilazione. Ogni tanto qualcuno decide di sperimentare tutte le funzioni disponibili... ma in quel caso basta chiamarci. Risolviamo in un minuto, senza coinvolgere né la NASA né l'assistenza tecnica.
Infine, grazie per le fotografie. Hanno immortalato piuttosto bene il lato più contemporaneo dell'hotel. Un po' meno convincente la tecnica fotografica in modalità "telefono aperto accidentalmente con fotocamera frontale", ma lì purtroppo il nostro architetto non aveva competenze.
Le auguriamo comunque di trovare, per la prossima vacanza, una struttura più vicina ai suoi gusti. E al povero marito... un margine di appello nella scelta del prossimo hotel.
