The Aosta Valley is beautiful and our Italian friends very welcoming.
Spacious and very clean room.
Very nice staff.
It was nice to enjoy the pool in these strong heats.

Old, broken and dirty bathroom just unacceptable in 2025
We stayed one night on a recent 10 day touring holiday. Bedroom has been recently refurbished and the bathroom has yet to be done. Old and clean is acceptable, old and broken and dirty just is not. See the photos.
Tried to discuss with Reception on checkout. They were not interested.
Raised a complaint through Booking.com who tell us they have emailed the Hotel 4 times without a reply.
So sadly a dirty and broken and poorly maintained bathroom and a poor management of the issue and £150 means I will take my money somewhere else in future.
Make your own mind up from the photos.
I shan't ever be staying here again. I'm not interested in spending my money with someone who doesn't wish to engage in discussing problems.

Well without more
At the pool no one from the hotel is watching! it is forbidden to dive and jump, all children do it even those accompanied by their parents (no respect) and in addition it screams. For relaxation it's not won. In the hamman it is specified that children do not have access while on site it is the opposite! When we left, at the reception, no one asked us how it was our stay. For a 4* hotel, it deserves to be refreshed. Only the room was partially redone.
