Four stars?!?

Let's start with the positive aspects: excellent location facing the sea, and the staff is always kind and present.
For the rest, I really do not understand how such a hotel can be classified as four stars. The lobby looks quite nice, but there is no place to change (which is useful and present in all hotels to allow those who arrive before check-in to access the sea); instead, you have to change in the bathroom... Furthermore, there is no place to leave your luggage, so you have to leave it on the sofas in the lounge...
The pool has been created in a cramped space without any greenery, where even the sun loungers do not fit well.
Moving on to the rooms, I will skip the decor, but the double bed is actually two single mattresses pushed together with a central gap as shown in the photo. The only outlet near the nightstand (for either the light or charging the phone…) is unfortunately broken. We come to the small bathroom with a shower about 50x50 where it is impossible to take a shower without leaving it running. There is also no space for legs on the toilet. The bathroom kit consists of 2 mini soaps, that's it. The shelf for placing personal items is also only 20 cm.
The breakfast is basic and of poor quality.

Great hotel. Been here 5 times and loved it every time. Accessibility to beach second to none. Michael on front desk is an absolute gent

Beautiful views

Beautiful hotel right on the promenade but very quiet for sleep. We had excellent family room with sea view. We had a car rented so we went only for breakfast which was very good. Hotel staff is very polite.

Street noise, not a 4 star.

Booked a sea view room. If you are a light sleeper do not book this hotel. There is a bar blasting out loud music until 2-3am. Road noise is also an issue. The rooms are very small and not 4 star standard. Breakfast is poor
Staff are very mannerly but unaccommodating. We ordered a twin room and got a double
When I told reception they gave me some sheets and told me to pull the beds apart!
Asked to be moved room to a quieter room following a sleepless night and was told no room changes allowed.
Will not stay here again and do not recommend this hotel.
