Alghero, pleasant discovery

We stayed for three nights at this property. Good location, very close to the sea and not far from the historic center. Well served. Valuable advice from Ms. Alessia and a special mention to the cleanliness of the rooms, good and very nice Mrs. Patrizia.

June 2024 stay

The location is good, the supermarket is close and you can walk to the beach. The room is okay for a night if you have no other option. AC was working.
It was very hard to find the room based on the instructions what i received. I got lost and went to another building. The room looks different than the pictures. The blanket had big stains on. The walls are very thin and not soundproof, I could hear noises the whole night from the other room. There is no clear communication from the staff. I booked my room on agoda and it said the check out is from 10:00 until 12:00, but at 10:00 a lady was already coming to my room to clean up and she said the checkout is at 10. So I had to pack in a rush and leave. Very uncomfortable experience. I asked them via message to correct the check out time in the property description to avoid this in the future with other guests, but they did not understand what I want….

% clean and good location

The biggest plus of the accommodation is the fact that it is very close to the beach and the place is very clean. We were welcomed by the lady who takes care of the cleaning, Patrizia and she was very polite, friendly and helpful but most of all her cleaning services are impeccable. She was always making sure we had clean and fresh towels and sheets not to mention she takes the extra mile to make you feel like you are at home. Whatever we needed and we asked her she would make sure we have it in the room.
The downside of the accommodation is that it is actually an apartment divided into rooms each with bathroom but that means that the walls are pretty thin and it can be very noisy.
While we were there the rooms changed visitors pretty often and there is no sign to mention to keep quiet after late hours.

Good experience at the Nonna Maria B&B in Alghero

B&B Nonna Maria is located close to two of the most attractive beaches n Alghero. They could be reached by walking for just 7 min, . The room we were in was comfortable and very clean and the owner was nice and accommodating. We had a great time.
