Simply EMBARRASSING!

We were deeply disappointed by our experience at this hotel. The property appears to have been neglected for years, with shabby decor and questionable hygienic conditions, with cobwebs serving as decoration. But the straw that broke the camel's back was breakfast. They served us miserable food and a coffee that looked more like black colored water (octopus style water..). When we politely asked for espresso coffees, the owner treated us rudely and rudely, even complaining that we would have to pay for them separately. The service and attitude of the staff were simply unacceptable. We wondered for a long time who could give such a place 3 stars! Avoid this place at all costs..

Friendly Staff, Basic Accomodation

We stayed in 3 rooms all located right next to the reception desk. This is a very basic no frills property that was close by to a local race track Autodromo Valle Dei Templi.
The owner is very friendly and we had a great chat about the area and Sicily, WiFi is provided with good coverage in the rooms.
The single beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious, however all our rooms were extremely basic and need a refurbishment to smarten them up. The linen was clean but the walls are wafer thin and you can pretty much talk to the next door room through the partition.
Breakfast is included but is nothing more than Tea, Correct, juice and a store bought packet croissant and Melba toast. Think of it more as a quick snack rather than breakfast.
They do make a lovely Espresso and provided us with a large bottle of water for the room.
This property has future potential and I understand the owner is planning to put in a swimming pool. A key feature for us on this trip was secure on site parking behind a closed gate.
I would best describe this as a basic motel for a quick stop with safe parking.

The room was simple and clean. Their service was not good. We were overcharged for the one night even though we had the proof from Hotel.com
There was miscommunication somewhere and we as the clients had to pay for it...

total relax

posto simpatico, mi sono rilassato moltissimo. sono rimasto soddisfatto della colazione, fichi di tutti i tipi. ADORO!! personale davvero gentile, anche se li abbiamo svegliati al mattino per vedere le stelle, (ho visto 9 stelle cadenti) non ci hanno cazziato, anche se ce lo meritavamo. lo consiglio assolutamente.
