The room was very well equipped, but there was no dishwasher. There was tea, some cooking oil, spices, and more. The room was clean. The Internet was fast!
The person who manages the property lives in the same building, so you do not need to worry about the reception upon arrival. The apartment is close to HaShalom train station, very close to the Yehudi lightrail station, and close to a wide selection of supermarkets. I would come back for sure.

2nd time staying in one of the rooms/suites/apartments and the it has been fantastic. The bed was perfect. Kitchen was exactly what was needed, and the location is spot on. Right by Azrielli, and literally a few minute walk to Rothschild Blvd. bus to the beach- right there. And easy in and out of TLV which is crucial when you need to leave the city.
Now this is where it may get touchy. I can’t say israel is known for its good customer experience so what’s great about here is the owner, being from the UK, is very attentive to your needs and makes herself available. You need something and she’s there.
For me. Great place.

Perfect apartment in a perfect location. Zero issues other than I wish I had stayed longer. The host is amazing and professional. Just all around an amazing place to stay.

Never ever go here

This place is horrible! They are located in a ghetto part of town with graffiti on the walls of the buildings, ripped up concrete chipped, paint, bars on the windows and barbed wire. It is frightening and scary. You cannot access it by car and there is no way to figure out how to get inside the building. Our driver had to carry a gun to walk us in and try to figure out where it was. He said we should not be staying in this location as it was a very unsafe part of town. The woman in charge would not refund our money and the advertising on Priceline and Booking.com is misleading and deceptive. Do not ever go there and put your family at risk of danger!

A hidden gem! We loved it.

This place is a huge surprise!
The building looks old but once you walk into the apartment you fall in love
We have enjoyed our stay so much! It was the closest thing to home.
Orly the host is such a nice person and a truly caring host.
We will be back!

We stayed at the Spacious Loft. It’s was beautifully decorated and perfectly clean. The bed felt like it was planted in details as for the mattress type to the pillows selection.
Nearby activities
Sarona market and all the malls around are really nice.
Safety
We found Tel Aviv and it’s center to be extremely safe.
Walkability
The apartment is in the center of Tel Aviv and is a short walking distance from anything we needed.
Food & drinks
There are so many restaurants around the area :)
