The hotel has a beautiful location and lobby with a stunning view of the ocean. Unfortunately, the Shizen spa has become very run-down. Even though its a spa, they don't even give you conditioner unless you call the front desk. Also no terry cloth robes in the room, only if you go downstairs for a treatment. The hallway to the room smelled moldy and like cigarette smoke, not very spa like! This used to be one of my favorite spas anywhere, but now it's more like a very expensive Motel 6 with a stunning beach view.

Review

Nice experience. Great food, clean rooms, pool could use some work but there is direct access to the beach which was wonderful. Best part was the Spa treatment, massage by Yaron.

The view and the pool was so nice

The staff was very friendly and helpful.The room was very nice neat tidy and a really nice size

Cleanliness and excellent guest services
